Maddock Films Unveils Teaser of Horror-Comedy 'Munjya'

Mumbai, May 21 - Maddock Films has unveiled the teaser of their next film in the horror-comedy universe titled Munjya. Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, the movie stars Sharvari Wagh, Abhay Verma, Mona Singh, and S. Sathyaraj in key roles. ## The teaser of Munjya is interesting as it features a peculiar creature, an all-new CGI actor who appears to have a special fondness for Malaika Arora's 2011 hit track Munni Badnam Hui in Dabangg. The movie promises another unique experience in the horror-comedy universe which has set the bar high with each film. ## The one-minute-23-second-long teaser begins in a dense forest and offers a glimpse into the world of Munjya, leaving audiences curious about the titular creature's relentless search for a mysterious Munni as he climbs one tree to another. He then enters a house where someone is watching Malaika Arora's Munni Badnam Hui music video on television. ## The makers called the film, the perfect blend of comedy and horror to beat the summer heat for Gen Z, kids, and the whole family. It is the 4th film in the horror comedy universe, after Stree, Roohi, and Bhediya. Mumbai, Dec 24 (IANS) Mothers are special to each one of us and contestants in the upcoming 'Maa Special' episode of 'India's Best Dancer 2' will try to bring out the same emotion through their dance moves. After looking at them, judges Malaika Arora, Terence Lewis and Geeta Kapur also share fond childhood memories with their mothers. ## Malaika says: "Growing up, everyone used to call me Mallu and then Mallu became Malla. Now, I think everyone has forgotten that my actual name is Malaika. However, my mother has always called me beta. I ask her, is it because you don't have a son? She says, 'no it's because you are our first born, so you are our beta'." ## Geeta's mother on the other hand, now calls her 'mumma' and this is quite special for Geeta, she believes after a certain age parents have a different approach towards their children. ## "Earlier, mumma used to call me Geetu or beta but eventually, she started calling me 'mumma'! I believe after a point, roles get reversed between parents and children.
