Mil Gaya (2003), and the fans eagerly await the update on the next film of it. ## Krrish 4 was announced many moons back before the COVID-19 pandemic but the stars never aligned to get the movie on floors. There have been many reports over the last couple of years regarding the film's production but nothing much happened yet and it seems the wait will get longer than expected. ## In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Hrithik was asked to provide some updates on Krrish 4 and the Bang Bang didn't have much to excite the fans. The film has crossed the 250 crores gross mark, surpassing the expectations of trade and it is still not done yet. ## As the movie continues its glorious journey at the box office, it has been reportedly blessed with an extended theatrical window, unlike other Telugu movies. Mumbai, January 27 - Hrithik Roshan's Fighter, after the big jump of around 75% on Republic Day, shows a very good hold in the collection on Saturday/third day. The movie did well to beat the opening day numbers and beat them comfortably. ## The film needed to score above the first-day collection and try to reach around thirty crores net which it has done as early estimates suggest the third-day collection in the range of 28 crores net (final collection may vary on either side depending on single screens). The movie has a jump of around 25% over the first day. ## The total collection of the movie is around 90 crores net in three days and it is set to enter 100 crores net club by tomorrow, on Sunday (4th day). The 4-day weekend is expected to be around 125 crores net which is a very good collection after the underwhelming start. ## Fighter is best performing in urban areas while mass centers are also showing improvement due to positive word of mouth. Mumbai, January 25 - After a decent opening day collection of approximately 22.50 crores net, Hrithik Roshan and director Siddharth Anand's Fighter has witnessed a massive turnaround on Republic Day as collection jumped by around 70% which is excellent. ## A more than 50% jump was a must for Fighter on the second day to take advantage of the holiday after the decent start, but here, the film showed a huge improvement over the opening day as early estimates suggest collection in the range of 38 crores net. ## The positive word of mouth showed its effect as mass centres scored big jumps as a collection in some of the centres doubled up from the first day. The final collection might be around 40 crores but it depends on how strong non-urban areas in overall. ## The total collection of Fighter is around 61+ crores net in two days which is a very good number after the lower-than-expected start. Mumbai, January 25 - Hrithik Roshan and director Siddharth Anand's third film together Fighter hit the big screens today. The film had underwhelming pre-sales for the opening day which left so much on-the-spot booking for the chances of a big opening at the box office.## The movie had a slow start in the morning with an average occupancy of around 10-15% before witnessing a minor jump in the afternoon and a further improvement in the evening and night shows, however, the big jump in the occupancy was missing throughout the day. ## Fighter managed to cross the 20 crores net mark as early estimates suggest the opening in the range of 21-22 crores net. The opening can be called a decent though a much better start was expected from the combo of Hrithik and Siddharth. The business of the film mostly came from urban areas as mass centres remained on the lower side on the opening day. ## The initial word of mouth seems to be on the positive side which is a must for the movie. The bookings for the second day, which also happens to be Republic Day, are much better and the film will look to score a big jump tomorrow. A jump of at least 50% is what the movie will need to get the advantage of the holiday. ## The movie will target the opening of 100+ crores net over the 4-day weekend. It is a love story set against the backdrop of war, believed to be loosely based on Raj Kapoor's 1964 classic, "Sangam". The movie marks the reunion of Kapoor and Bhansali who previously collaborated "Saawariya" which was the former's debut as a lead hero. ## Alia Bhatt also reuniting with SLB after the "Gangubai Kathiawadi" in 2022. Mumbai, January 24 - Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone's Fighter was supposed to be a frontloaded starter at the box office but the table seems to have turned since last week with unexpectedly slow response in the bookings. ## Directed by Siddharth Anand, "Fighter" has been one of the most-awaited movies of the year and the recently released trailer also looked like a big-screen spectacle, however, the reality is hinting at a different scenario with the way pre-sales are progressing at the moment. ## The bookings of the film were opened on January 20 and the initial response looked positive but as the release date is getting nearer, the advances have stuck and are progressing at a very slow pace. At one point, it looked like the opening day pre-sales would easily be around 15-20 crores for the opening day, but now, it is expected to finish at around 8 crores. ## The current pre-sales of "Fighter" are around 5.50 crores gross which is underwhelming and the movie needs a massive turnaround to have an opening of around 25 crores. The pre-sales trend has also almost confirmed that "Fighter" won't be a big opener in the range of 40-50 crores. ## The film will need super positive word of mouth, a must for it to work big at the box office. The Republic Day weekend should help the film on some level, but overall, "Fighter" will have to depend on WOM which will make or break its box office prospects. ## It is quite a turnaround for director Siddharth Anand whose "Pathaan" starring superstar Shah Rukh Khan opened with a bang during the same frame in 2023. Mumbai, January 23 - Bollywood stars Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone Fighter has failed to get censor approval in Gulf countries. The Siddharth Anand's directorial aerial action flick is scheduled to be released on January 25. ## According to the latest reports, entire Gulf countries, except for UAE, have banned "Fighter". The film was submitted to the censor on January 10, and on January 23, it was officially communicated that the movie wouldn't be hitting the big screen in the Gulf. However, the film will be released in UAE as scheduled with a PG-15 rating. ## The reason behind the ban has not been revealed yet. Recently, superstar Salman Khan's "Tiger 3" was also banned in Kuwait and Qatar for its theatrical release.
