Pawan Kalyan's 'OG' Release Date Announced

Hyderabad, May 25 - Telugu superstar Pawan Kalyan has resumed shooting for his upcoming movies. It is a one-of-its-kind comic thriller, and to keep the mystery of this entertainer intact, the producer has submitted two different versions of the film to the Central Board of Film Certification. ## It is said that the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has watched both versions and has passed the film with a U/A certificate. It has got Non-Refundable Advance (NRA) aka. MG offers from distributors like Mythri Movie Makers, Sri Venkateshwara Creations, Sithara Entertainment, and Asian Cinema, among other independent buyers. ## The studio has received the biggest offer from Asian Cinemas, which has made a staggering offer of Rs 100 crore for the Telugu states for the Hindi and Telugu dubbed version. Sithara Entertainment, on the other hand, has made an 80 crore deal. ## These are the biggest offers for a dubbed film in Telugu. Mumbai, May 23 - Producer Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films is turning 2019's hit rom-com Luka Chuppi into a franchise and has put its sequel under development with a new leading cast, replacing Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon from the original movie. ## According to the report by Peepingmoon.com, Maddock has roped in Varun Dhawan and Sharvari Wagh to headline Luka Chuppi 2. Both actors have reportedly given their preliminary approval and are expected to formally sign on once the script is finalised in the coming months. ## The report further said that the sequel will be different from the original movie, with a supernatural twist in its comedic narrative. It will retain the humorous tone but will have an entirely different storyline from the first movie, which was centred on a couple navigating a live-in relationship complicated by the arrival of their traditional families. ## While the director's name is not revealed yet, Luka Chuppi 2 will reportedly be directed by one of the associates of Laxman Utekar who directed the first film. The upcoming film will mark Varun and Sharvari's first film together, although they both are part of Maddock's Horror Comedy universe. ## The shoot of Luka Chuppi 2 is expected to begin early next year after Varun and Sharvari wrap up their current commitments. Mumbai, May 22 - Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga's highly-awaited Pan India movie Spirit with superstar Prabhas, seems to have a major casting shift after Deepika Padukone reportedly exited the film for some reason. ## It is said that Deepika was officially on board to play the female lead role, but has now been dropped from the film. According to the report by Bollywood Hungama, SRV got the shock of his life when Deepika Padukone refused to shoot for more than 6 hours a day for Spirit. ## Apart from the shooting hours, Deepika, through her agency, reportedly demanded an amendment to the contract. Their point of contention was simple - if the shoot extends beyond 100 days, Deepika will have to be paid extra for every single day of the shoot beyond the commitment on paper. ## The report further states that director Vanga, along with the producers, tried their best to sort out the issues, but the actress refused to bow down, eventually leading Vanga to drop the Kalki actress from the movie. He is now looking to recast for the part. ## Interestingly, Deepika had earlier turned down the offer as the shooting timelines did not match due to her pregnancy. However, due to a delay in the shoot, SRV approached her again, and this time, she agreed to come on board, before she was dropped again. ## The film is produced by T-Series and Bhadrakali Pictures. 'Hera Pheri 3' Producers Take Legal Action Against Paresh Rawal

Mumbai, May 20 - The third instalment of the iconic Hera Pheri franchise has been the talk of the town for the last few days for the wrong reasons. While the fans were excited for the movie, veteran actor Paresh Rawal, who has been a big part of the franchise, shocked everyone by announcing his exit from the upcoming movie. ## It was reported that Rawal exited Hera Pheri 3 due to creative differences; however, he later clarified that his decision to exit the film is for some other reasons. It is said that the paperwork for the film was done, hence, Rawal's action came as a massive shock to the team. ## Now, according to the latest report by Pinkvilla, the producers of Hera Pheri 3 – Cape of Good Films have sent a legal notice to Paresh Rawal claiming damages worth Rs 25 crore, for the amount invested in the film, that is now lost due to his unprofessional behaviour.## As per the report, "Cape of Good Films had procured the rights of Hera Pheri 3 from multiple stakeholders, and even repaid all the debts existing on the film. Paresh Rawal's unprofessional behaviour has cost a bomb to the film". ## "All the amounts invested by Cape of Good Films, to make a debt-free product, were done only after the OG trio of Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Suniel Shetty had agreed to be a part of the third Hera Pheri film. In fact, Hera Pheri 3 also went on floors as the team reunited to shoot for an extremely funny announcement video", the report further stated.## The makers have decided to consider Rawal's decision as unprofessional and uncalled for, and sent him a legal notice, demanding 25 crore to pay for the losses they have suffered due to his action. While the exact reason for his departure remains a mystery, he was reportedly paid in advance and paid more than his market value, as per his demand. ## The film will be directed by Priyadarshan and it is scheduled to go on floors by early 2026. ## Stay tuned...
