Hyderabad, August 14, 2021: Telugu cinema is again leading from the front after the second covid-19 wave with back-to-back releasing movies in theaters. In the process, debutante director Naresh Kuppili's "Paagal" has been released in theaters on August 14. Starring Vishwak Sen and Nivetha Pethuraj, Paagal is the biggest Telugu release so far after the second wave. ## Paagal is produced by Bekkem Venugopal under the banner of Lucky Media while Dil Raju's Sri Venkateswara Creations has presented the movie. The movie also stars Simran Choudary, Megha Lekha, Rahul Ramakrishna, Mahesh Achanta, and Indraja Shankar in key roles. The actor-director duo joined hands for the third time after Athadu (2005), and Khaleja (2010), for their next film, tentatively titled, SSMB28 (Babu's 28th film). ## Now, on August 9 on Mahesh Babu's birthday, the makers announced the cast & crew of the film, wishing SSMB a very happy birthday. As speculated earlier, the Maharshi combo of Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde will be reuniting in SSMB28. Pooja Hegde is a busy bee these days, and now with SSMB28, the actress adds more film to her growing list. ## SSMB will be produced by S. Radha Krishna (Chinababu) under his banner Haarika & Hassine Creations while Smt. Mamatha is the presenter of the film. The music of the film is composed by the brilliant Thaman S, A.S. The teaser, which is titled Superstar Birthday Blaster, was supposed to release at 9:09 am on August 9, the makers decided to drop it hours before the actual time to surprise the fans. ## The teaser video, which is 1 minute and 16 seconds long, is all about Mahesh Babu's intriguing character in the film and his chemistry with the leading lady of the film, Keerthy Suresh. The teaser showcased Babu's personified swag which he has carried throughout his career. Hyderabad, July 31, 2021: The much-awaited first look poster of Mahesh Babu and Keerthy Suresh starrer "Sarkaru Vaari Paata", has finally been unveiled. Mahesh Babu took to social media and share the first look poster and also revealed that the movie will release on January 13 next year on the occasion of Sankranthi. ## The first look showing Mahesh Babu, coming out from a red car of which, the front glass is broken. The title of the film Sarkaru Vaari Paata was unveiled on May 31, 2020, on the occasion of Mahesh Babu's father's birthday. ## Produced by Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar, Ram Achanta, and Gopichand Achanta under the banners of Mythri Movie Makers, 14 Reels Plus, and Mahesh Babu's G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment, the movie also stars Keerthy Suresh as the female lead along with Vennela Kishore, and Subbaraju in supporting roles. ## The music of the film is composed by S. Thaman, with cinematography performed by R. Madhi and editing done by Marthand K. Venkatesh. Sarkaru Vaari Paata will be competing with Prabhas' Radhe Shyam at the box office.
