Los Angeles, July 14 - Marvel Studios' new Disney+ series, "Ms. Marvel" was launched on June 8 with the first episode. The show ended on July 13 with the 6th episode, and not so surprisingly, it become a huge hit on OTT. ## The series, after getting launched with a perfect 100% score, has become the highest-rated Marvel title ever on Rotten Tomatoes. As of writing this piece, "Ms. Marvel" stands with a solid Fresh 98% score by critics, and this is the highest rating ever for a Marvel title, be it series or film. ## "Ms. Marvel" takes the honor of top-rated Marvel title by outshining Ryan Coogler's "Black Panther", which has a 96% score on the site from 250 critics reviews. The audience score, however, is on the lower side with 81% ratings on the site.## Rotten Tomatoes Critics Consensus reads, "Ms. Marvel is a genuinely fresh addition to the MCU -- both stylistically and substantively -- with Iman Vellani ably powering proceedings with her super-sized charisma". Chennai, June 8 - Director Lokesh Kanagaraj has become the talk of the town after delivering another blockbuster in the form of Kamal Haasan-fronted "Vikram". The director is creating his own cinematic universe called 'Lokesh Cinematic Universe', and "Vikram" is the second film in it.## The first film in LCU was Karthi's "Kathi" (2019), which became a huge hit and made Kanagaraj an overnight sensation. "Vikram" continues from "Kaithi" and follows a black-ops squad led by Amar tracking down masked vigilantes, while he learns of a drug syndicate group called Vetti Vagaiyara, led by Sandhanam, who wants the missing drugs to be delivered to his cold-blooded boss Rolex. ## The next film in the series will be "Kaithi 2" and the director has himself confirmed the movie in a recent Twitter session with fans. During an #AskDirLokesh Twitter session, one user asked how did Arjun Das' character (named Anbudoss "Anbu") alive after he was presumed dead in "Kaithi". ## Responding to the user, Lokesh said that he wasn't dead in the movie as only his jew was broken. Chennai, June 8 - Director Nelson Dilipkumar is pulling off a serious casting for superstar Rajnikanth's upcoming film, which is tentatively titled Thalaivar 169. ## It was recently reported that Kannada star Shivarajkumar was approached to play an important role in the movie and now, he has himself confirmed the same. According to Cinema Express, Shivanna said that he loved the script and is excited to join Thalaivaa. ## "It's a great opportunity for anybody to act along with Rajinikanth, and I'm glad that this project has made it possible for me. Los Angeles, June 8 - Disney may have been offering family-friendly films but its upcoming Marvel movie, "Deadpool 3", is going to be as tough as the previous two Deadpool films. ## The third installment of the "Deadpool" franchise will be the first made under Disney, which acquired Fox in 2019 after Fox found immense success with two R-rated "Deadpool" movies. Since the movie landed under Disney, Fans have been wondering how a Disney-backed "Deadpool" will look as it is known to deliver family blockbusters. ## Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick who are currently writing "Deadpool 3", have assured fans that despite the franchise landing at Disney, the movie will not be Disney-fied and it will keep the same tone as the previous two films. "It's these [Disney] people and these people do things their way", Reese recently told The Playlist (via Variety). ## "We were used to doing things our way, so there are differences, but I think the great part is that Marvel’s been incredibly supportive. They are gonna let Deadpool be Deadpool, you know? It's not like any particular joke may be the one that they say, 'You know, that's too far, that could happen, but to this point, it's been nothing but support", he added.## "We're gonna let Deadpool be Deadpool. We're not... this is not going to be the Disney-fied Deadpool", Reese added. When asked if the "Deadpool" franchise will remain rated R with the upcoming third movie, Reese responded, "Oh, absolutely. They're not gonna mess with the tone. It was also the number 1 movie worldwide in the last week as well with 18.36 million viewing hours. The total viewing hours of the movie on Netflix has now reached 39.48 million in 15 days.## The Jr. NTR and Ram Charan starrer epic blockbuster was trending in the top 10 in 57 countries on Netflix in the last week while it is currently trending in the top 10 in 54 countries.
