Makers Reveal Tentetive OTT Release Date of Venkatesh, Varun Tej's 'F3: Fun and Frustration'

Hyderabad, June 2 - Venkatesh, and Varun Tej's "F3: Fun and Frustration" has been doing really well at the box office and is on course to become a big hit. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the movie got mixed to positive reviews but it managed to tickle the funny boons of the audience which is resulting in big box office numbers. ## The sequel to 2019's film "F2" was released on May 27 and has already grossed approx. 80 crores worldwide in just 6 days. On Thursday (June 2), Tips officially confirmed the sequel, titled "Ishq Vishk Rebound" and shoot for the same has already commenced. ## "Ishq Vishk", directed by Ken Ghosh, marked Shahid Kapoor's acting debut and it made him an overnight star. Virginia, June 2 - The "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor Johnny Depp has won a multimillion defamation lawsuit against ex-wife Amber Heard, by a Virginia jury. ## The Virginia jury found that Heard's 2018 article against Depp, published in The Washington Post, was defamatory and ordered her to pay a whopping $15 million to Depp. The actor was awarded $10 million in compensatory damages and $5 million in punitive damages, which was cut by Judge Penney Azcarate to Virginia's statutory cap of $350,000, according to The Hollywood Reporter.## Amber Heard had written an op-ed in The Washington Post in 2018 in which she called herself a domestic abuse survivor against Depp. The latter had sued Heard for $50 million after the article was published, in which she referred to herself as "a public figure representing domestic abuse". Heard too had issued a counter-claim for $100 million over statements calling her allegations a "hoax" made by her ex-husband's attorney which was published in Mail Online stories in 2020.## While Heard lost on two of her three claims, she won on one claim that a statement from Depp's lawyer was defamatory, in which he said that Heard set up an "ambush, a hoax", referencing a visit from law enforcement to the couple's house allegedly initiated by Heard. She was awarded $2 million in compensatory damages but none in punitive damages, reports THR. ## After the verdict was out, Amber Heard took to social to issue her statement. "The disappointment I feel today is beyond words", she said. "I'm heartbroken that the mountain of evidence still was not enough to stand up to the disproportionate power, influence, and sway of my ex-husband". ## On the other hand, Depp celebrated the verdict and said the decision "gave me my life back", in a statement shared on Instagram.## "From the very beginning, the goal of bringing this case was to reveal the truth, regardless of the outcome. Speaking the truth was something that I owed to my children and to all those who have remained steadfast in their support of me. The movie has reportedly been titled "Jawaan". Mumbai, June 1 - The American science fiction horror drama series, Stranger Things has proved why is one of the most loved shows worldwide as Season 4 of this blockbuster series scored the biggest opening weekend ever for Netflix. ## The Volume 1 of Season 4 was launched on May 27 and according to Netflix's internal measurement, Stranger Things racked up 286.79 million hours of viewing time worldwide during its opening weekend. It stormed past the previous record holder, season two of "Bridgerton", which had 193 million viewing hours. ## With two episodes are still to be released in July, the Season 4 of "Stranger Things" could become Netflix's most-watched English show ever over its first 28 days of release. "Bridgerton" season 2 is currently the most-watched English series on Netflix with 656.26 million hours of viewing across the globe. ## Intrestingly, the season 4 of the series also pushed Netflix viewers to watch the previous seasons as the first three seasons had a combined 84.55 million hours of viewing time during the last week. The all four seasons were among the top 5 English shows globally in the week, May 23 - May 29. ## Korea's Squid Game is the all-time leader among Netflix series in any language with 1.65 billion viewing hours over its first 28 days of release. It completed 8 weeks in theaters and grossed over 315 crores in Hindi at the domestic box office. ## The movie beat all other films on the streamer to take the first position in the following week (May 23 - May 29) on Netflix and scored a huge 18.36 million viewing hours, pushing total viewing hours to 25.54 million.
