Chennai, January 21 - Sivakarthikeyan's much-anticipated political action drama Parasakthi is facing a tough run at the box office as its momentum continues to slow down during the working weekdays. Despite a respectable opening period, the film has struggled to sustain footfalls, with collections witnessing a steady decline across domestic markets. Directed by Sudha Kongara, Parasakthi has grossed around 82 crore worldwide so far, and the daily numbers have dropped significantly, indicating that the film is nearing the end of its theatrical run. Mixed word of mouth has impacted its box office prospects, especially when compared to Sivakarthikeyan's recent successful outings.
