Mumbai, January 18 - Yet another DC Comics film "The Flash" confirmed its release date in India. The big-ticket superhero title, starring Ezra Miller in the title role, will be released in Indian theaters on 4 November 2022 in multiple languages.## For the last couple of days, Warner Bros. Pictures is announcing the release dates of its 2022 films for Indian audiences. The studio recently confirmed, "The Batman", which is one of the most anticipated Hollywood films in India. Starring Robert Pattinson as Caped Crusader, the movie will be released on March 4. ## "The Flash" is a special film for DC Comics fans as it will feature Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck in the roles of Batman. Michael Keaton is making his return as Batman after 30 years while Affleck played this iconic role in Christopher Nolan's "Dark Knight" trilogy.## Directed by Andy Muschietti, the movie also stars Ron Livingston, Kiersey Clemons, Michael Shannon, Antje Traue, and Sasha Calle in key roles. Mumbai, January 18 - Marvel/Sony Pictures' "Spider-Man: No Way Home" is setting new benchmarks at the domestic as well as the international box office. The superhero movie is heading towards a $1 billion overseas box office, that too without a single penny from China. ## The Tom Holland-fronted film has so far grossed $926.3 million through 63 international markets and over $700 million domestically (North America), pushing global cume to $1.62 billion. It is currently the 8th highest-grossing film of all time at the worldwide box office and will grab the 6th spot in the list by the end of next weekend.## Meanwhile, "No Way Home" has become the highest-grossing film of all time in Mexico with $72 million. In Brazil, it is the second highest-grossing film ever with $50.4 million, so in Central America ($12.6M) and Ecuador ($7.9M).## In North America, "Spider-Man: No Way Home" becomes the 4th highest-grossing film ever. After the end of the 5th weekend, it was the 5th biggest-grosser there with $698.7 million and became 4th biggest on Monday by crossing Marvel Studios' "Black Panther" ($700.06 million). ## The Jon Watts-directed is likely to finish with $1.75 billion globally. The number could go higher if it gets a release date in China, which is the biggest movie market in the world. However, the movie has done its job and whatever comes further is a bonus. Mumbai, January 17 - Another historical milestone on YouTube has been breached as the Korean children's song "Baby Shark" becomes the first video to reach 10 billion views on YouTube. The song was released by Korean education brand Pinkfong on June 17, 2016, and the rest is history. ## "Baby Shark" became the most viewed video on YouTube in November 2020, four years after its release. It had surpassed the former record holder "Despacito" by Luis Fonsi to claim the top spot and now strengthen that spot by becoming the only video to reach the 10 billion mark. "Despacito" is currently the second most viewed video with 7.7 billion views on YouTube. ## "We are delighted to announce that our beloved Baby Shark has recorded another remarkable milestone", Min-Seok Kim, CEO of creator The Pinkfong Co., said in a statement. ## "It has been a truly meaningful journey to witness how Baby Shark has connected people around the world, and we can't wait to introduce Baby Shark's further adventures that will bring unparalleled experiences to even more fans everywhere", he added.## Among the other popular videos on YouTube, another children's song, "Johny Johny Yes Papa" by LooLoo Kids, is at number 3 with a whopping 6.1 billion views followed by Ed Sheeran's "Shape of You" at number 4 with 5.58 billion views, and "See You Again" by Wiz Khalifa at 5 with 5.39 billion views.## Interestingly, Psy's epic 2012 hit, "Gangam Style" became the first video to reach one billion views. Mumbai, January 17 - Allu Arjun's "Pushpa - The Rise" is proving to be a long racehorse in the Hindi version. Directed by Sukumar, "Pushpa" hasn't been affected by the early OTT premiere, especially in the Hindi version as it continues to light up the box office. ## "Pushpa - The Rise" had a digital premiere of the Hindi version on January 14 on Amazon Prime Video after 28 days of theatrical release. Before "Pushpa" was started premiering on Prime Video, it had already netted over Rs. 84 crores in Hindi, making it the 3rd biggest Hindi total during the covid-19 pandemic. ## However, even after the OTT release, the Hindi version of the film continues to draw footfalls at the cinema halls as it netted approx Rs. 4.50 crores in the 5th weekend at the box office, taking the total collections to approx. Rs 89 crore. With no competition at the moment, the movie is taking the full use of a clear path and attracting people to theaters despite the covid-19 3rd wave and OTT premier. ## Maharashtra and Gujrat are driving the Hindi biz of "Pushpa - The Rise" and these two states are key in the film's race to enter Rs. 100 crores club. Though the 100 crores milestone is looking far from reality with the things at the moment, it could still have a last big shot if the covid-19 situation doesn't get worsen. ## With the success of "Pushpa" in Hindi, Allu Arjun proved his stardom in Hindi belts. Over the years, the actor's movies have drawn the attention of Hindi audiences on television, and "Pushpa" was the first major test to prove his stardom right. It is safe to say, he has not only passed the test but also raised the expectations for his upcoming films. ## The Telugu makers have already decided to release the Hindi version of Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde's 2020 blockbuster "Ala Vaikunthapurramloo" on January 26. Following the success of "Pushpa", Manish Shah of Goldmines Films announced theatrical release Allu Arjun's 2020 blockbuster "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo" in Hindi on January 26. ## Now, according to reports, Manish Shah is planning to release more South Indian films in Hindi dubbed version the make full use of the next few weeks due to no fresh Bollywood content. According to Pinkvilla, Manish Shah and his team gearing up for the Hindi release of Ram Charan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu's 2018 blockbuster "Rangasthalam". ## Directed by Sukumar, "Rangasthalam" is considered one of the finest films of Ram Charan, which received both critical and commercial acknowledgment. The makers had announced the postponement of "Acharya" on January 15, and a day later, the action thriller gets a new release date on April 1st. It was supposed to release on February 4. ## The April 1st release of "Acharya" means Mahesh Babu's "Sarkaru Vaaru Paata" will be postponed as speculated earlier. SVP, which is currently slated for April 1st, is yet to be completed and is unlikely to meet the April 1st deadline. It was recently reported that the makers now looking for an August 5, 2022, release for this mega-budget film. ## "Acharya", meanwhile, has already been postponed multiple times.
