Mumbai, May 30, 2021: As India is battling the covid-19 pandemic along with the rest of the world, more and more people are getting vaccinated to become immune to the virus. Singer Adnan Sami was one of the firsts to take the vaccine and on Saturday, he received his second jab. ## While encouraging others to take the vaccine, Adnan Sami calls out those who are obsessing over which vaccine to take and which is not. Calling them "Pseudo Delusionals", the singer advised such people to get vaccinated whatever is available as soon as possible to get back to normal. ## He took to social media, on Sunday morning and shared a note asking people to get the jab. "There's this obsession of asking everybody which vaccine did you take?' And then they go on to say… Oh I'm waiting for such and such vaccine…or…I'm waiting for that ONE dose vaccine etc etc!! Yash Raj Films To Change The Title Of Akshay Kumar Starrer 'Prithviraj' After Facing Backlash From Karni Sena?

Mumbai, May 30, 2021: Yash Raj Films' ambitious film, Prithviraj is one of the highly-awaited films of the year. It stars Akshay Kumar as Prithviraj Chauhan along with Manushi Chhillar makes her Hindi film debut by playing his beloved wife Sanyogita. This movie is based on Prithviraj Raso, a Braj Bhasha epic poem by Chand Bardai about the life of Prithviraj Chauhan. ## Prithviraj was announced in March 2019 and was supposed to release on Diwali 2020, but due to the covid-19 pandemic, it was postponed as the shoot was yet to be completed. The shoot resumed in October 2020 at YRF Studios, and it is now scheduled to release in theatres on 5 November 2021 coinciding with Diwali. ## While the film has already been delayed by a year, the makers of Prithviraj, find themselves in the hot water because of the film's title. The Karni Sena - a Rajput organization, has raised an objection around the title of the film and demanded it to be changed to Prithviraj Chauhan's full name as a mark of respect to him. ## Filmmaker Surjeet Singh Rathore, President of the Youth Wing of the Karni Sena said, "How can they keep the title of the film as just 'Prithviraj' when the film is based on the great Prithviraj Chauhan? We want the title to be changed to his full name and give respect to him". ## The Karni Sena does not stop with just title change as they have other conditions too. They have demanded that the film has to be shown to them first before its release. Singh said, "If they don't listen to our advice they will have to face the consequences. What happened to Sanjay Leela Bhansali during 'Padmaavat', the makers of this film will have to be prepared for it, too". ## The movie is written and directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi who had completed the script for Prithviraj in 2010 but found no one to back the project until Yash Raj Films came to his rescue in 2018, to revive the film. IPL 2021 Set To Resume In United Arab Emirates

Mumbai, May 29, 2021: The Indian Premier League 2021, which was postponed after the first half due to the covid-19, is all set to resume in the United Arab Emirates, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced Saturday. ## The decision was taken at a Special General Meeting (SGM) held virtually, considering the monsoon season in India in the months of September-October this year. The remaining 31 matches will now be played in UAE, which also had hosted the 2020 IPL behind closed doors. ## The BCCI SGM further authorized the Office Bearers to seek an extension of time from the International Cricket Council (ICC) to take an appropriate call on the hosting of ICC T20 World Cup 2021. Hyderabad, May 28, 2021: South Indian actress Raashii Khanna said that it was upsetting for her to shoot for her Telugu movie, Thank You, in a foreign location at a time when India is battling the second wave of covid-19. The actress was shooting for the film in Milan, Italy and recently returned home. ## Speaking about her experience shooting for the film in Italy, Raashii said it was safe because people in the country very responsibly observed protocol. ## "We were in the middle of the pandemic and I was at first scared to go there (Italy). Once there, I realized people in Italy were very responsible for wearing masks even though the second wave had passed. Very few people were shooting with us in the crew and all precautions had been taken", Raashii told IANS. ## "While I was there, the second wave in India intensified and I was constantly reading about what was happening in India. It was upsetting. It felt bad that our country was suffering and we were away. Now we are back and we can't do much. It's a helpless situation. We shot for what we had gone for, but it was upsetting humanly. We were constantly thinking about what was happening back home", she added. ## Raashii, who made her debut in 2013 with Madras Cafe - her only Hindi movie to date, said that shooting in Italy for "Thank You" was challenging as there were restrictions on movement because they were Indian. Some of the locations were canceled as the growing pandemic situation in India went against them. ## "There were days when we were shooting for 18 hours a day because we didn't have a choice. It wasn't like pre-pandemic that you could shoot at luxury and anywhere you wanted to", the actress added. ## Thank You is a romantic comedy film that stars Naga Chaitanya in the male lead role. It will be Raashii's second release with Naga Chaitanya after "Venky Mama", and she says her role in the film will be relatable.
