Pensacola, 8 August 2023 - Roman Reigns did get hurt at WWE Summerslam.
After Summerslam, news circulated that Reigns wasn't listed for any upcoming WWE TV shows in the next few months. Nevertheless, Fighful verified that Reigns is indeed scheduled for this Friday's Smackdown, and at present, there are no intentions to alter his planned appearances. Of course, things could change down the line.
Fightful reached out to WWE for comment about Reigns' situation, but they haven't responded as of now. Those involved in the creative aspects of Smackdown might not have been aware of the injury until news broke on Tuesday. As of Tuesday afternoon, this injury hasn't led to any changes in the creative plans.
