Just hours after tickets went on sale in North America, the Marvel blockbuster reportedly registered the biggest first-day pre-sales for a theatrical re-release this century, surpassing the previous benchmark set by Titanic 3D.
The record is particularly significant given the unprecedented popularity of Avengers: Endgame, which was the highest-grossing film of all time worldwide until it was overtaken by Avatar. The re-release is scheduled to hit theatres on September 25, 2026, giving Marvel fans another opportunity to experience the blockbuster on the big screen ahead of Avengers: Doomsday.
