Drishyam 3 Becomes Ajay Devgn's Highest-Grossing Film Worldwide, Beats Singham Again in 7 Days; India Net Record ₹2.36 Cr Away

Drishyam 3: The Conclusion has turned its much-awaited theatrical release into a career-defining box office success for Ajay Devgn. Powered by a huge opening weekend and impressive overseas business, the suspense thriller has overtaken the lifetime worldwide collection of Singham Again in just seven days. The domestic record, however, is still waiting to be broken, with the gap now small enough to be covered during Friday's business.

Directed by Abhishek Pathak, the film also features Tabu, Shriya Saran and Jaideep Ahlawat. Although the weekday collections slowed considerably after the Gandhi Jayanti opening, the film has maintained a wide theatrical presence. Its second weekend will now determine how far the record-breaking run can extend.

Drishyam 3 First Week Box Office: Worldwide Record Broken

Drishyam 3: The Conclusion has completed its opening week with a worldwide gross of ₹383.60 Cr, surpassing Singham Again's lifetime worldwide collection of ₹372.41 Cr by ₹11.19 Cr. The achievement makes the thriller Ajay Devgn's highest-grossing film worldwide in just seven days.

In India, Drishyam 3 collected ₹245.50 Cr net during its first week, compared with Singham Again's lifetime totals of ₹247.86 Cr net. The thriller is now just ₹2.36 Cr away from breaking Ajay Devgn's domestic net record. Overseas, however, Drishyam 3 has already established a comfortable lead, earning ₹89 Cr gross against Singham Again's lifetime international collection of ₹75 Cr, a difference of ₹14 Cr. The film is just ₹2.36 Cr short of Singham Again's lifetime India net total, making the domestic record its next immediate target. Notably, Drishyam 3 has already surpassed the earlier film's overseas lifetime gross by ₹14 Cr.
