Mumbai, August 26 — As the monumental gangster spectacle 'Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups' arrives in over 12,000 screens worldwide today, August 26, 2026, leading lady Kiara Advani has shared a deeply emotional and inspiring behind-the-scenes revelation. The actress revealed that she filmed her pivotal portions as 'Nadia' over nearly seven months of her pregnancy, with superstar Yash and director Geetu Mohandas going above and beyond to safeguard her comfort.
There is also confirmation from Huma Qureshi, who recalled shooting a rain sequence with Kiara when she was nearly six months pregnant. Huma said Kiara remained focused despite being drenched in rain, and her determination inspired Huma to push through her own discomfort. Kiara shared that Yash and Geetu were among the first to learn the news, and they reacted with tears of joy.
To avoid demanding travel, Yash and KVN Productions rescheduled major portions from Bengaluru to Mumbai, building dedicated rest facilities on set. The makers are said to have adjusted the filming schedule and logistics with her well-being in mind, while allowing Kiara to continue performing her professional commitments.
