Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut's mother Asha Ranaut has expressed her gratitude towards Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, and Union Home Minister, Amit Shah for giving Y-plus security to the actress as her tussle with Shiv Sena leaders escalates. ## In an interview with The Tribune, Asha Ranaut said, "The blessings of the entire country are with Kangana. I am proud that my daughter has always stood for the truth. I thank Home Minister Amit Shah. We are not even associated with their party, we were from the Congress. My grandfather-in-law was a member of the Congress party. Even though they (BJP) knew that we were from the Congress from the beginning, they supported us". ## Asha added that the gesture from the central government has made her a BJP supporter now. Bollywood superstar, Akshay Kumar is all set for the new adventure as the actor will be seen with Bear Grylls on his adventurous show "Into The Wild" which will be aired on 14 September on Discovery Channel India. ## Bear Grylls recently joined Akshay Kumar and his Bell Bottom co-star Huma Qureshi for an Instagram Live session for talking about the upcoming episode of Into The Wild. During the live session, Akshay Kumar revealed that he drinks Cow urine every day for some Ayurvedic reasons. ## When Huma Qureshi asked about "elephant poo tea" that they were seen drinking in the show's promo, to which Akshay said, "I wasn't worried. I was too excited to be worried. The former girlfriend of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, actress Ankita Lokhande has lashed out at actress Rhea Chakraborty by saying would anyone, who claims to have loved someone so deeply, allow the other person to consume drugs claiming to know his mental state and condition?## Ankita took to Instagram and posted a long note in a bid to reply to all the haters. In her post, the actress clarifies that she had never said that Sushant's death is a murder or anyone is responsible for it but she wants the truth to come out. ## "I have never said it's a murder or anyone in particular is responsible. I always have encouraged justice for my late friend SSR and stood by the bereaved family and truth should be brought out by the investigating agencies", she wrote on Instagram.## While showing the full faith in the Maharashtra government or Police & Central government instrumentalities, Ankita throws some serious questions at Rhea and her involvement in giving drugs to SSR. ## "Being a Maharashtrian and an Indian citizen, I have total faith in the Maharashtra State Govt/Police & Central Government instrumentalities".## "Let us assume you must have known in and out about your friend and whats going on in her life and relationship. Glad to see you wake up finally, but I wish you would have woken up sooner and advised your friend not to support any kind of drug abuse by SSR if any. When she very well knew about his mental state by publicly stating that he was in depression".## "His condition would deteriorate to a level that would make a man take the action that SSR has allegedly taken. The Indian Motion Picture Producers' Association (IMPPA) has come out in support of the Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut and has condemned the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for its demolition drive at the office building of the actress. ## In a statement issued to the media on Thursday (September 10), the IMPPA president TP Aggarwal said, "All these things are neither good for the government nor good for Kangana Ranaut. The action taken by the Maharashtra government or BMC is absolutely wrong and should be condemned".## "Although the court has stayed the demolition, BMC has already done what they had to do. At least they should have given time before demolition. You ask her what is wrong construction and if she had given the answer, they would have broken it if it was wrong. It never happens that you demolish a property on such short notice of one day", he added. ## However, Aggarwal was critical of certain comments Kangana made on Bollywood after the sad demise of actor Sushant Singh Rajput even though she has been a respected actress and has the right to speak freely. Aggarwal also believes that both parties should resolve their issues as soon as possible. ## "I feel she shouldn't have said some things and one of them is on nepotism. I believe that nepotism is everywhere. There is not much of nepotism in the film industry. If nepotism had been prevalent in the society then Kangana would not have been such a big star. She said that the entire industry is involved in drugs. If so many people take drugs in this industry, then the drug mafia in Mumbai should have their share in the film industry".## "As far as I believe there will be 5-7 percent of people who take drugs and they are in every field. By calling the film industry a drug addict, you are stopping the funds coming into the industry", the statement further read.## "I think the two parties should resolve the matter soon. If Kangana's house is wrongly constructed demolish it. But, why only Kangana? There are unauthorized constructions throughout Mumbai. Break them as well. Former India player, Yuvraj Singh who had announced his retirement from all forms of cricket in June last year, might be seen in action again in the domestic circuit as the left-hander has confirmed that he wants to help Punjab to win championships at least in the T20 format. ## The flamboyant batsman had worked with the youngsters like Shubman Gill, Abhishek Sharma, Prabhsimran Singh, and Anmolpreet Singh at the PCA Stadium in Mohali in the last few and had felt that despite not being on the field for a long time, he was hitting the ball pretty well. ## Speaking to Cricbuzz, the 38 years old told, "I enjoyed spending time with these youngsters, and talking to them about various aspects of the game, I realized that they were able to pick up various things that I was telling them. I had to get into the nets to show them a few other elements, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was hitting the ball even though I hadn't held a bat for a really long time." ## "I also trained for those two months, and then I started to bat in the off-season camp. I made runs in some of the practice matches. Mr. Puneet Bali, the secretary of the Punjab Cricket Association, approached me after one of the sessions and asked me if I would reconsider coming out of retirement."## "Initially, I wasn't sure that I wanted to take up the offer," Yuvraj admits. "I was done with domestic cricket, though I did want to continue to play in other domestic franchise-based leagues worldwide if I got permission from the BCCI. But I also couldn't ignore Mr. Bali's request. I gave it a lot of thought, for nearly three or four weeks, and it was almost as if I didn't even have to make a conscious decision in the end", he added.## The Player of the Tournament at the 2011 World Cup, Yuvraj also confirmed to Cricbuzz that he has sent a mail to the BCCI president Sourav Ganguly and secretary Jay Shah, seeking their permission to come out of retirement. ## "As things stand now, I will be playing only T20s if I get the nod," Yuvraj observes. "But who knows, let's see."## If Yuvraj gets permission from BCCI, then he obviously will have to give up his willingness to play outside India as BCCI does not grant NOC to the Indian players until they take retirement from all forms of cricket in India. The Shiv Sena-controlled Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) today demolished "illegal construction" at the Bandra bungalow of Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, a civic official said. The 33-year-old actor has alleged that the Maharashtra government is targeting her because of her fight with the Shiv Sena. ## Kangana Ranaut, however, challenged BMC's action and moves Bombay HC against the demolition where the hearing has already begun. As the face-off between actor Kangana Ranaut and the Maha Vikas Aghadi government in Maharashtra continues, the state government on Tuesday ordered an inquiry into the alleged drug nexus based on old interview of her ex-boyfriend Adhyayan Suman. ## Kangana in response had said that she is more than happy to oblige and ready for a drug test.
