Ace director Puri Jagannadh and producer Karan Johar have collaborated for their first pan India film starring Telugu sensation Vijay Deverakonda and Bollywood actress Ananya Pandey. Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has once again come forward for a good cause. On Sunday (January 17), the actor took to his social media account and said that he has donated (didn't reveal the amount) for the construction of Ayodhya's Ram Mandir which has begun. Ex Bigg Boss contestants including Shehnaaz Kaur Gill, Price Narula, Vindu Dara Singh, Karanvir Bohra, and others mourn the demise of Bigg Boss talent manager Pista Dhakad who has died in a road accident yesterday. ## Pista, 24, who was an employee of the reality show's production company Endemol Shine India, had left the set of the ongoing season 14 on Friday after the wrap on an Activa scooter with one of the assistants and their vehicle was hit by a vanity van. She died on the spot.## Prince Narula posted a picture of Pista and wrote pm Instagram, "You are a person one can never forget, bro. You remain etched in our hearts as if we knew each other since childhood. Never seen a positive person like you, who wished well to all and was always happy. Didn't know your Goa trip with Yuvi and I would be the last one. No one can fill your void, in the industry as well as our lives). Love u always. Last night she met with na accident". After announcing his debut Hindi movie, Mumbaikar, Tamil superstar Vijay Sethuapthy has added one more film to his Hindi tally, and that too a silent movie. Helmed by director Kishor Pandurang Belekar and produced by Movie Mill Entertainment, the movie has been titled 'Gandhi Talks'.## Taking to Twitter, Vijay Sethupathy shared the first look of the movie and wrote, "At times Silence is so loud". The last silent film in Bollywood was 'Pushpak' (the Hindi title of the original Kannada film, 'Pushpaka Vimana') in 1987. ## Talking about approaching the South superstar for the part, Kishor said to TOI, "This project has been close to my heart and when the actor playing the part relates to the idea and the emotional graph, it turns out to be a boon for the director. Every director looks for certain characteristics in his actions when he approaches them for a part".## "Initially, I was planning to cast a Bollywood actor, but when I extended my search to the regional cinema, I came across Vijay Sethupathi. I watched his impeccable performances in Tamil films and his acting prowess left me mesmerized. He is not only brilliant, but he is also a gutsy actor, who is not worried about his image or stardom. His acting skills, style statement, and vocal dynamism are stupendous and that's when I felt I have found my lead star. He is not only prodigious in his work, but also down-to-earth. I am really excited to work with Vijay, who understands my vision and approach towards the film. I want to start work on my dream project as soon as possible", he added. ## Vijay Sethupathi adds, "I have been experimenting with different characters throughout my career, and when this silent film came my way I knew I had to take up this challenge. Kishor sir has a fantastic story and script in place. I know this project will surely be an outstanding one.
