Coming as a significant move, the governement of India has brought the OTT platforms, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, SonyLIV, ZEE5, Disney+Hotstar among many others, along with news websites, under the purview of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.## The central government's move to bring the OTT platforms under the I&B ministry could also mean that these platforms would have to apply for certification and approval of the content they wish to stream from the I&B ministry. ## The move is clearly a big setback for the OTT platforms which will now they have to keep a check on the content they made. Filmmaker Hansal Mehta who recently saw immense success with his web series Scam 1992 expressed his disappointment at the government's order. ## Talking to indianexpress.com, the director said, "While this decision wasn't unexpected, it is still a reason for despair. This desperation for control of free speech and expression does not augur well. I am currently very disappointed".## Karan Anshuman, known for directing web series like Inside Edge and Mirzapur, called the move "unacceptable". Taking to Twitter, "Unacceptable. Viewers and creators have to band together and challenge censorship in any and every manner!".## "Whatever happened to the understanding with Mr Javadekar that OTT will be self-regulated? Former England captain, Michael Vaughan has applauded Rohit Sharma after the Mumbai Indians' skipper led his side to record 5th Indian Premier League title win on Tuesday (November 10) night when the team beat Delhi Capitals by five wickets in the final of IPL 2020 at Dubai International Cricket Stadium. ## Riding on Rohit's 51-ball 68 runs innings, Mumbai chased down a target of 157 runs. The Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani starrer horror-comedy, Laxmii premiered on November 9 on Disney+Hotstar. Recently, the makers held a special premiere in Delhi for the transgender community upon the film based. ## While the film is getting a mixed response from the viewers, Transgender rights activist Laxmi Narayan Tripathi who was touched by the transgender representation in the film, said that Akshay Kumar should be applauded for doing such a strong film-like Laxmii.## "Any transgender is equal to any man or woman, which comes out from the film in a very strong way. Tonight's Raw displayed a segment featuring first AJ Styles protected by Jordan Omogbehin, Styles went on to call on Keith Lee, Riddle, Sheamus, and Braun Strowman as the members of the Raw Team at Survivor Series.## AJ Styles stated that last week's assembling was a bad idea, but this time they have Riddle. Everyone from Keith Lee to Braun Strowman and Sheamus had problems with what happened last week.## Riddle had some idea, he named "Fire Face" as a name for Sheamus. Styles continued to state that they need to work together if they want to win the match. AJ Styles himself called the captain, but none of them accepted it, at the end of the segment AJ Styles fixed a Tag-Team match between Braun Strowman & Sheamus Vs.
