Mumbai, June 13 - It has been 27 years since Sunny Deol headlined epic war drama Border released on the big screens. Hailed as one of the greatest war movies of all time, it was set during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971 and is based on the events of the Battle of Longewala (1971). ## Border was a massive success at the box office and emerged as the second highest-grossing Indian movie of 1997 with a worldwide gross collection of approximately 55.50 crores, including approximately 53.10 crores gross at the Indian box office (collection without adjusting with inflation). Hyderabad, June 13 - Two weeks ahead of the release, the makers have unveiled actress Disha Patani's first look solo poster from the highly-anticipated Pan India movie Kalki 2898 AD, co-starring Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Kamal Haasan. ## Disha Patani is playing one of the key roles as Roxie and she will be seen flexing her arms in the movie. Mumbai, June 13 - Filmmaker J. P. Dutta has joined hands with producer Bhushan Kumar of T-Series to announce the sequel to War epic Border. The movie was announced on the 27th anniversary of the first movie which is one of the biggest Indian blockbusters ever. ## Sunny Deol, who scored a mega-blockbuster with Gadar 2 last year, will be returning to reprise his role as Maj. Kuldip Singh Chandpuri in Border 2 which will be directed by Anurag Singh and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, JP Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta under the banners of T-Series and JP Films. ## The blockbuster sequel has been in the news since last and the makers finally made it official. Mumbai, June 12 - Disney/Pixar's animated coming-of-age film Inside Out 2 is aiming to score the biggest opening of 2024 at the North American box office after debuting in theatres on June 14 as the box office projection revealed. ## According to Deadline, the sequel to Inside Out (2015) is looking at what could be the biggest stateside opening of the year to date with $85 million, and another $50 million overseas for a $135 million worldwide launch.## As of now, Warner Bros/Legendary Pictures' Dune: Part 2 owns the biggest domestic (North America) opening of the year $82.5 million while the same studios' Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire has the biggest worldwide start of 2024 with $194 million. ## Inside Out 2 is expected to infuse fresh life into Disney's future regarding Pixar movies as many of its films post the Covid-19 pandemic failed to make noise. Hyderabad, June 12 - Telugu superstar turned politician, Pawan Kalyan scored a historic win as Jana Sena party chief in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections where his party was in the NDA alliance which secured the win on 164 out of 175 seats.## On Wednesday (June 12), Pawan Kalyan took oath as one of Andhra Pradesh's cabinet ministers as the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief Chandrababu Naidu will hold the Chief Ministerial post.
