They would be the chief adviser to the nominal head of their respected state. All new principal announcements of policy are made by him on the floor of the house. The Chief minister supervises and co­ordinates the policies of the several Ministers involved in the formulation and implementation of a policy and department. For the removal of ministers, the governor is dependent on the chief minister because the governor can’t remove/dismiss ministers at his will. However, despite his relentless efforts, there have been instances during the second wave of the covid-19 when he too felt helpless. ## On Tuesday (May 4) night, Sonu Sood tweeted about the current scenario where people are losing their loved ones amid the shortage of oxygen and injections. ## "Anyone who has lost a loved one due to scarcity of Oxygen or an injection, will never be able to live in peace all their life. Mumbai, May 5, 2021: Elli AvrRam has won the best actress award for her role in the short film "With You" at the Stockholm City Film Festival. The 23-minute short film is based on the socially relevant subject of mental health awareness, sexual abuse, and childhood trauma.## "I'm just so thrilled and grateful for this recognition. We all went in with our heart for this project, and to see it getting this response at such prestigious film festivals is truly heart-warming. I feel so happy for all of us, grateful to my director Peppe Segura, and especially for the fact that a story like this is being noticed and appreciated", she said to IANS.## Talking about the process of shooting the film, Elli added, "I flew down from Mumbai to Stockholm to shoot the film because I wanted to be part of such films that raise awareness about important issues. Mumbai, May 5, 2021: Actress Kangana Ranaut's Twitter account has been permanently suspended for violating the policy of the platform. The suspension came after Kangana posted a series of tweets (which termed as hateful speech by the platform) on the alleged violence in West Bengal post-election result. ## The account repeatedly violated Twitter policy on "hateful conduct and abusive behavior", the social media site said on Tuesday. However, the 34-year-old actor said that she has many platforms to raise her voice, including her own art in the form of cinema. ## After the action was taken by Twitter India against Kangana, Netizens started supporting the actress and even demanding to restore her account. Los Angeles, May 5, 2021: Andrew Garfield has quashed all the rumors of him returning as Spider-Man in the upcoming Tom Holland starrer "Spider-Man: No Way Home". The rumors have been making noise that the upcoming sequel of Spider-Man will feature multiple Spider-Men including Tobey Maguire as well as Garfield, who played the hero in two Amazing Spider-Man films from 2012-14.## And now, after months of sitting back and observing, Garfield put all the talks to rest. "I can't speak for anything else, but for myself. They might be doing something, but I ain't got a call", Garfield told MTV's Josh Horowitz on Tuesday's episode of the Happy Sad Confused podcast (via THR).## "I see how often Spider-Man is trending and it's like people freaking out", said Garfield. "And I'm just like, 'guys, guys, guys' — I wish I could just be able to speak to everyone and say, 'I recommend that you chill", he added. ## Despite Garfield's denials, there are a lot of indications that No Way Home will feature multiple Spider-Men. After all, the film is confirmed to feature Alfred Molina as Doctor Octopus, the villain he played in Maguire's Spider-Man 2. Jamie Foxx is also confirmed as Electro, a villain from Garfield's The Amazing Spider-Man 2.## Spider-Man: No Way Home is directed by Jon Watts and co-produced by Columbia Pictures and Marvel Studios.
