Actor Sonu Sood seems to have on a mission in the time of coronavirus pandemic. He has been on the forefront ever since the COVID-19 pandemic broke out in the country and helping people as much as possible. ## After helping thousands of migrant people stranded in the different parts of India and abroad to safely reach their homes, the actor recently came up with an idea of providing job opportunities in the different sectors to those people who lost their jobs due to the pandemic. ## Regard the job matter, a Twitter user had reached out to the actor stating that Sharda is a techie who had lost her job due to the covid crisis and that she is now selling vegetables to support her family. ## Responding to the user, Sonu Sood shared on Twitter that the girl has been interviewed and a job letter has already been sent to her. He has been continuing to help the people who are in dire need and have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic the most.## In this process, the actor recently gifted a tractor to a family of Chittoor district in Andhra Pradesh after he came to know that the farmer forced to use his daughters for ploughing his fields as he doesn't have money to rent bulls. Now, the family has expressed their gratitude towards the actor saying that he is "no less than god" to them. ## "He might play a villain in films but he is a hero in real life. When we heard the reports of him helping thousands of migrant workers to reach their native states, we thought he is a real hero. We experienced it now. He is no less than a God to us", said Nageswara Rao, the farmer who received the tractor from the actor, reported HTimes.## Nageswara Rao’s daughter Vennela said, "We too wanted to do some agricultural work. But we had no money. So all our family members are striving to do farm work. The matter went viral through media and social media. And Sonu Sood Ji came to know about our plight. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts".## Ever since the lockdown has been imposed in India, Sonu Sood has helped thousands of people and is continuing the good work. In the latest development under the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, Mumbai Police have asked Dharma Productions owner Karan Johar to record his statement before Mumbai Police this week. Mumbai Police will also record Dharma Production CEO Apoorva Mehta's statement on Tuesday in the Sushant's case.## Earlier in the day, director Mahesh Bhatt recorded his statement. Mr. Bhatt reached the Santacruz police station at 11:30 AM and recorded his statements before Deputy Commissioner of Police Abhishek Trimukhe.## Apart from Mahesh Bhatt, Karan Johar's manager and actor Kangana Ranaut have been asked to join investigations into the case, Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh said on Sunday. ## Kangana Ranaut who has been very vocal in this case and even alleged that Sushant Singh Rajput was a victim of nepotism in the film industry, has also been summoned by the Bandra police, which is investigating the case. She is currently in Himachal Pradesh since March 17, has requested police to send a team to the state to record her statement in person.## Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging in his apartment in Mumbai on June 14. In the view of the big development in the Cricket, on Monday (July 27), the International Cricket Council (ICC) has officially launched the Cricket World Cup Super League which will kick start with the forthcoming ODI series between England and Ireland, beginning on July 30. ## The World Cup Super League which was first announced in June 2018, will be used to determine the qualification scenario for the ICC Men's ODI World Cup 2023 which is scheduled to take place in India in October-November 2023. ## A total of 13 teams (12 Full Members & Netherlands) with each side to play four home & four away 3-match series will feature in this Cricket World Cup Super League. And top 7 teams, besides team India, will secure direct qualification to the 2023 World Cup.## All the 13 teams which will participate in this league, will get 10 points for a win, 5 points for no result, or Tie. Firstly, it became the most-watched Indian movie on the OTT platform in the first 24 hours with approximately 75 Million people watched this and now, it has become the highest-rated Indian movie on IMDb (Internet Movie Database). ## According to IMDb, over 75,000 people have rated the movie and its overall user rating is 9.7 which is the highest so far for an Indian movie. It surpassed the previously top-ranked Kamal Haasan and Madhavan's Tamil movie Anbe Sivam (2003) that's overall rating is 8.8.
