Mumbai, April 11 - The big Hindi film "Jersey" starring Shahid Kapoor has been postponed and will now release a week later on 22nd April in the cinemas. The main reason for the postponement of "Jersey" is Yash-fronted "KGF: Chapter 2", which also opens on April 14 and is having a sensational advance booking in Hindi.## KGF2 will now come solo on 14th April and has a shot for a 50 crores opening day. The first day is a big holiday and KGF2 being a mass film is sure to have humongous spot bookings. The advance of KGF 2 is almost confirmed that the first-day collections of KGF 2 will cross Bahubali2's first-day collections and now with the postponement of Jersey, Even a crazy 50 cr opening looks possible. ## The ticket rates are kept as high as RRR and in some places ever higher than RRR. Prashanth Neel Sets His Future Projects After Yash-Fronted 'KGF: Chapter 2'

Bengaluru, April 10 - Director Prashanth Neel shot to fame with Yash-starrer "KGF: Chapter 1" in 2018. It was the film that made Neel one of the visionary directors of the country. His upcoming "KGF: Chapter 2" is arguably the most anticipated Indian movie of the year, and one of the main reasons behind the film's popularity is Neel's vision behind it. ## "KGF2" is Neel's third directorial. His previous two movies, including his debut movie "Ugramm", were huge box office hits. The KGF film introduced Neel to the Pan India phenomena and now, he is working with a couple of the biggest stars of Indian cinema. During a recent interview with a Kannada news channel, Neel opened up about his future projects after "KGF 2". ## The director said that he is committed to only two projects. As known to everyone, he is directing Prabhas in "Salaar". It is touted to be the biggest film in Neel's career as it will be darker and more violent. Produced by Hombale Films, 30% shoot of "Salaar" has already been completed, and the shoot will resume in May this year. The action thriller will debut in theaters in the summer of 2023 in multiple languages, including Hindi. ## Apart from "Salaar", director Neel has confirmed that he will be teaming up with Jr. NTR, who is currently basking on the success of "RRR" which has grossed over 1000 crores worldwide. Neel said that he has been a huge fan of Jr. NTR for the last 20 years and is excited to work with him. Their maiden collaboration, tentatively titled "NTR31", will go on floors sometime in 2023 and will most likely release in 2024. ## The aforementioned films are the only two confirmed projects the filmmaker currently has. There have been multiple reports that Neel would be joining forces with the current talk of the town, Ram Charan for a Pan India film. However, Neel hasn't discussed such a film and it seems Ram Charan's film with him is not going to happen anytime soon. Meanwhile, Neel has a project which he wants to do with Srimurli. Mumbai, April 10 - KGF2 advance booking started with an unprecedented response at the ticket counters. Within a few hours, the advance become huge and beat the previous highest advance post-pandemic record of RRR in no time. Hombale Films To Add Two More Movies In Its Growing Pan-India Library

Bangalore, March 26 - One of the biggest Kannada production houses, Hombale Films, fronted by Vijay Kiragandur, is gearing up for its biggest release yet in the form of Yash-starrer "KGF: Chapter 2". The Pan-India film, which is expected to break many existing box office records, will be debuting in theaters worldwide on April 14 in multiple languages. ## Directed by Prashanth Neel, "KGF 2" is the second part of the studios' hugely successful 2018's film that is currently the highest-grossing Kannada movie of all time with a worldwide cume of 238 crores. The sequel is carrying a lot of hype and buzz and is sure to take a mammoth opening, especially in the Hindi dubbed version. ## KGF is not the only Pan-India movie in the development under Hombale Films. The studios' "Salaar", fronted by superstar Prabhas is already in production and almost 30% shoot is completed. The Kannada-Telugu bilingual movie is being directed by Prashanth Neel, and there are strong reports that this movie will also be released in two parts. The Pan-India movie was announced in 2020 with a release date in April 2021, but the shoot of the film kept getting delayed due to the covid-19 pandemic, resulting in the postponement of the arrival date.## Now, the producer of the film, Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films, has provided some key updates regarding the shoot and tentative release date plans. The producer, in an interview with Pinkvilla, confirmed that the shoot of "Salaar" will resume in the month of May.## "We are shooting for about 30 percent of the film.
