Samantha Akkineni On Becoming Chennai's Most Desirable Woman, 'Marriage Has Made Me Much More Desirable'
Chennai, June 2, 2021: Samantha Akkineni does not need an introduction. After proving his mettle as an actress and reaching new heights in the field, she is also successfully doing great as an entrepreneur, green activist, philanthropist, and of course, winning millions of hearts through her professionalism. ## The actress has now added one more accolade to her personality as she has been voted Chennai Times Most Desirable Woman of 2020, from among a bunch of achievers under 40. Earlier, I never really got these tags, and now, these tags are coming consistently. But, thank you". ## "People who are close to me know that I get very uncomfortable with awards or compliments, so I would not really know how to reply exactly", she added. ## Samantha got married to Naga Chaitanya in 2017. Interestingly, the actress made her debut opposite Naga in the Telugu movie, Ye Maaya Chesave in 2010. "I have to be honest. A while back, maybe four or five years back, being on these lists was very important to me and I used to wonder 'Ok, I am probably not desirable if I don't make it to these lists'. That was a very different phase in my life", the Jaanu actress added. ## On the work front, Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be seen in the second season of Amazon Prime Video's The Family Man, which marks her digital debut. Apart from the web show, the actress will be starring in the Tamil movie Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal along with the Telugu movie Shaakuntalam. ## Stay tuned...
