Vata type skin has fewer fat deposits and needs more moisturizing, both externally and internally, recommends using oil-based moisturizers on the skin and consuming warm spices like ginger. According to AYURVEDA ashwagandha, an ancient Indian herb, may reduce skin dryness when added to a face mask.## PITTA## People with high pitta tend to have oily skin that’s prone to acne and rosacea. This type of skin needs more cooling elements like aloe vera, turmeric (which is anti-inflammatory), and sandalwood (which reduces pimples and redness)## KAPHA## Kapha skin tends to be cold and oily, and it may be prone to pimples, whiteheads, and water retention. recommends dry brushing to remove obstructions, stimulate the lymphatic system, and exfoliate. suggested avoiding oil-based creams and applying face masks regularly.## These can be used for a general skin care routine-## sesame oil is recommended for all doshas, and almond oil is recommended for vata and pitta skin types. Simply massage the oil into the skin in a circular motion.## Manjistha (rubia cordifolia) oil or kumkumadi oil are commonly used in Ayurveda with facial massages. According to some research, manjistha oil may help treat acne because it is:## anti-inflammatory antibacterial anti-androgenic## Vata face mask## Ingredients## 1 tbsp. gram flour a pinch of turmeric powder 1 tsp manjistha powder 1/4 cup rose water, yogurt, or cold milk## Directions## 1.Mix together the ingredients to make a paste.## 2.Apply to the face and leave on for 10–15 minutes, or just before it dries.## 3.Wash off with lukewarm water.## 4.Apply an oil-based moisturizer## Pitta face mask Ingredients## 1 tbsp red sandalwood 1 tsp Lodhra(Symplocos racemosa)  rose water Kapha face mask## Ingredients## 1 tsp. Honey 1 tbsp. Mumbai, Jan 8 (IANS) Actor Zeeshan Khan claims he never regretted giving up his parallel lead role in Ekta Kapoor's long running show 'Kumkum Bhagya' for participating in the first season of 'Bigg Boss OTT'.## He says: "I never regret quitting my show being aware how big my role was in it. Of course, I was sad. I really loved the team. Shabir (Ahluwalia) sir, Sriti (Jha) are amazing people. But as I was heading towards a new journey in 'Bigg Boss' which was keeping me strong. And the 'Kumkum Bhagya' team was supportive about it".## The actor also mentioned that he has never called it quits for acting. After experiencing some good time for the reality TV show he would love to resume acting.## He adds: "I'm an actor and by God's grace will always be the one. I took a break from doing 'Bigg Boss' and am thinking of resuming acting. I'm looking forward to playing some challenging and promising roles. New Delhi, April 26 (IANS) It is quite some time before people start flocking to cinema halls or other entertainment events. For now, they will stick to their stay-at-home lifestyle even after the lockdown is lifted, and even after the coronavirus crisis is over. And that's expected to have a ripple effect on the television industry with the trend of long format making a comeback on the small screen post-pandemic.## Signaling gloomy days for film business and live entertainment gigs, the COVID-19 pandemic has turned out to be a major inflection point for changing the way people consume entertainment content, registering fast pace growth of television and OTT platforms.## "Collective public experience will be replaced by collective family viewing, that too within the confines of their respective homes," producer-director Vivek Budakoti of banner Katha Kottage, told IANS.## According to a recent report by Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC), TV consumption continues to show a growth of 40 percent over a pre-COVID period now at 1.24 trillion minutes -- the increase led by both reach and average time spent. It also stated that the Hindi GEC in HSM (Hindi speaking market) is at an all-time high with 8.5 billion impressions with mythological shows leading the way.## "This trend will be there for time being before people go back to cinema halls. Web platforms will gain traction amidst TV and cinema. It may sort of work as a bridge between two seasoned mediums," Budakoti pointed out.## Actor Sharad Malhotra feels "even after lockdown is removed and the situation gets normal people" will think twice before stepping out for a film.## "Long-running shows will be in demand more than before," Sharad added.## To this, actress Vahbiz Dorabjee added: "There is a possibility that the trend of long-running shows will be back. This pandemic will stay in people's minds for a very long time. Even after it goes, it is going to take a long time to settle down because people won't be able to forget this deadly virus so soon."## The change has started reflecting already. At a time when limited series are in vogue, Disney+ Hotstar has commissioned 234 episodes of the animated series "Selfie With Bajrang".## One can say that television has always been a haven for long-running shows with popular "Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah", "Kumkum Bhagya" and "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" being the case in point.## Adaa Khan noted that "daily soaps are like dal chawal. Long-running hit shows like ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' already exist. You should have a constant story to tell and it should click with masses", with actress Jasmin Bhasin pointing out: "Long-running shows always existed depending upon being hit. If people love specific shows they continue seeing it. The story has to constantly hold the audience's interest."## But one can't overlook the fact that finite concept was fast seeping into the industry, with sequels and limited series becoming a new reality of the television landscape.## Benaifer Kohli, producer of the hit show "Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!", feels "even a finite show, if it works, can be converted into a long-running show."## "Because you don't want to close a show which is being loved by the public. So, you automatically tend to lend more stories and make it a long-running show...Long-running shows will be the order and trend of the day in the times to come," Kohli told IANS.## Stay tuned...

She says she will be inviting eminent personalities from various fields as guests on her show.## "I'm doing this live chat show called 'The RDShhow'. It's not your regular chat show. It's being made with an intent to educate people on different fields of career. I'll be inviting eminent personalities from various fields as guests on my show. We'll be discussing each field, with its possible career opportunities and the skills required to be successful in those particular fields," said Rashami.## She would like the show to have three to four seasons, with each season containing about five episodes.## "I'm really looking forward to this since it's nothing like I've ever done before," said the actress known for TV shows like "Uttaran" and "Dil Se Dil Tak".## Rashami's first guest is actress Mrunal Thakur, who is popular among TV audiences for her work in the show "Kumkum Bhagya", and who shot to the limelight last year after starring opposite Hrithik Rishan in the film, "Super 30".## Rashami said she has always enjoyed learning new things about different fields from people from all walks of life.## "After all, life offers so much to learn, and it's natural for me to want to explore as much as I can during my lifetime.
