Hyderabad, February 16 - Telugu star Ram Pothineni and director Puri Jagannadh reunited for the sequel to their blockbuster film iSmart Shankar (2019). Produced by Puri Jagannadh and Charmy Kaur, Double iSmart also features Sanjay Dutt, marking his Telugu debut in a full-fledged role. ## Double iSmart is one of the most-awaited Telugu movies of the year and hence the makers are in no hurry to release it. According to the latest reports in Telugu media, the sci-fi action drama film, which was scheduled to be released in March 2024, has been postponed to June this year. ## The official announcement regarding the postponement of the film is expected to be made but it is said that plans are being made to release it on June 14. The movie is currently in production and is expected to wrap up soon. It will have a Pan India release in Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil languages.
