Mumbai, February 11 - Maddock Films' romantic-comedy Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, starring Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon in the leading roles, is turning out to be a good outing at the box office. ## Directed by debutante Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, the impossible love story opened to decent numbers on the opening day, grossing approximately 13.50 crores worldwide, including 8 crores gross (6.70 crores net) in India alone. The film's opening was on the expected lines after sort of advances it scored. ## The movie witnessed a good jump of around 40% on its second for approximately 19 crores worldwide, including around 11.50 crores gross (9.65 crores net) domestically. The total worldwide collection of TBMAUJ stands at 32.50 crores, including 19.50 crores in India in 2 days, making it Shahid Kapoor's biggest grosser post the COVID-19 pandemic. ## Shahid Kapoor's last theatrical release, "Jersey" minted around 31 crores gross in its lifetime run and TBMAUJ has beaten it in just two days. At the end of the film's opening weekend, it is expected to emerge Shahid's 10th biggest and Kriti Sanon's 9th worldwide grosser. ## Produced by Maddock Films, the movie depicts the love story between a human and a robot. On January 23rd, a game-changing announcement hit the ropes. WWE's flagship show, Raw, will be suplexed off traditional TV and onto the mat of Netflix in January 2025. ## This historic move marks the first time since its 1993 debut that Raw won't be broadcast on linear television. ## During an interview on Payne & Pendergast, AEW President Tony Khan threw his support behind the move, recognizing its positive impact on the entire wrestling world: "Absolutely. Acme's latest trap seems to have ensnared itself. John Cena's "Coyote vs Acme," a live-action/CG hybrid film exploring the classic Looney Tunes rivalry, remains stuck in development purgatory. Despite interest from streaming giants and a theatrical offer, Warner Bros.' high asking price threatens to permanently shelve the $70 million project. ## After shelving the film in 2023, Warner Bros. briefly allowed shopping it around. As the WWE continues to distance itself from Brock Lesnar, the wrestler has now been removed from the opening intro and replaced by LA Knight. ## Following the shocking allegations made in a lawsuit filed by ex-WWE employee Janel Grant, disturbing accusations against former CEO Vince McMahon have come to light. Directed by Amar Kaushik, the movie stars Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, reprising their roles from the first movie released in 2018.## Stree 2 is a part of producer Dinesh Vijan's horror-comedy universe which will see crossover with characters of other films in this universe. Now, according to Bollywood Hungama, Varun Dhawan who played the role of a Bhediya (wolf), has been confirmed to play a cameo in the upcoming movie. ## Bhediya, which was released in 2022, was the third film in the horror-comedy universe and the post-credit scene of the film revealed Stree 2, also giving the first impression about crossovers. It is said that Varun Dhawan recently shot for his cameo as Bhediya in a studio in Mumbai for the sequel of Stree. ## Varund had allotted two days to his producer friend, Dinesh Vijan and has already shot for a hilarious yet impactful cameo with Shraddha Kapoor, as per the report. Mumbai, February 10 - Last year, it was revealed that Bollywood superstar Salman Khan would be reuniting with director Sooraj Barjatya for a family entertainer. The movie was tentatively titled Prem Ki Shaadi and was supposed to go on floors in the second half of 2024. ## Salman officially confirmed Prem Ki Shaadi and director Sooraj Barjatya also confirmed that he was working on the script, generating so much excitement among the fans. However, the latest reports suggest that Barjatya's film will unlikely happen anytime soon and might be shelved over creative differences. ## According to a report by Mid-Day, "If you see the sort of star that Salman Khan is today and the director's films, the two are poles apart in terms of their creative sensibilities. The script was their common ground, but over time, there were too many things they couldn’t agree on. So, it made sense for them to call it off amicably". ## The duo of Salman and Sooraj has reportedly amicably decided to part ways until they work on something new in the future. Meanwhile, the report suggests that the filmmaker intends to revisit the film's script by making some changes to it and will reportedly initiate talks with younger actors.
