Anderson Silva is stepping back into the boxing ring when he Faces Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. In Boxing Match On June 19.## According to TMZ. The 45-year-old MMA legend has signed a contract to fight 35-year-old Julio César Chávez Jr. on June 19.## On November 19, 2020, the UFC released Silva from his UFC contract, which would allow him to negotiate with other promotions. Silva faced Uriah Hall on October 31, 2020 at UFC Fight Night: Hall vs. Silva. Superstar Karthi's next Tamil film, Sulthan is all set for a grand theatrical release on April 2nd. Since the theatrical business in Tamil Nadu is going through a tough time despite Thalapathy Vijay's Master's blockbuster success, a lot has been depended upon Karthi's Sulthan to give a much-needed boost to the ailing Tamil industry. The movie is undoubtedly the first Tamil summer release and the pre-release buzz around it has been good enough to take a solid opening. ## Sulthan was supposed to release last year during the summer. However, due to the covid-19 pandemic, the makers forced to postpone the release. It was the time when some of the biggies started opting for the direct-to-digital release across languages. Sulthan also got offers, like really tempting ones from leading streaming platforms to skip the theatrical way of releasing the movie but makers opted to wait for the theaters to open. ## Karthi, in a recent interview, revealed that Sulthan is a mixture of comedy and emotions which can only be enjoyed in theaters. "There is an ample dose of comedy and emotions in the movie. They can not be experienced on OTT by sitting alone in a room. The theater will give an experience which will be very enjoyable. It is a tough decision to make and I should thank the producers for waiting until the theaters open", the actor revealed. ## Karthi also talked about Rashmika Mandanna who will be making her Tamil debut with Sulthan. Karthi said that "'Sulthan' is a very good launch for Rashmika in Tamil. She really enjoyed doing her first Tamil film. She will be seen as a village belle. In action films, female leads are usually limited to songs. But 'Sulthan' is different. She has got a bold and angry character". ## Sulthan is directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan and will simultaneously release in Tamil and Telugu languages. While the movie will not face any hurdle in Tamil, it will have tough competition in Telugu as superstar Nagarjuna's "Wild Dog" is also releasing on the same date which has a clear edge on Sulthan in Telugu. ## Apart from Sulthan, Karthi will next be seen in the Tamil historical drama, Ponniyin Selvan. It is a multi-starrer movie that also stars Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Jayaram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Trisha in prominent roles. South Korean boy band BTS has condemned the recent surge in anti-Asian violence and hatred and shared their experiences of the racism they have faced. They have issued a statement on the same saying they stand against racial discrimination. ## The Grammy-nominated singers, who were recently subjected to racial slurs by a German RJ who compared them to the COVID-19 pandemic, penned a strongly-worded note condemning the acts of violence.## "We send our deepest condolences to those who have lost their loved ones", reads the statement, which was published both in Korean and English on BTS official Twitter handles. "We feel grief and anger. We recall moments when we faced discrimination as Asians. We have endured expletives without reason and were mocked for the way we look. We were even asked why Asians spoke in English".## "We cannot put into words the pain of becoming the subject of hatred and violence for such a reason. Our own experiences are inconsequential compared to the events that have occurred over the past few weeks. The wait of fans of the Telugu superstar, Pawan Kalyan is over as the power star unleashed the much-awaited trailer of his comeback movie, Vakeel Saab. The official Telugu remake of the Hindi movie, Pink, Vakeel Saab trailer promises an intriguing courtroom drama where Kalyan plays a lawyer, in an action-packed avatar. ## The film dealt with the subject of consent in which Pawan Kalyan fight for justice for three women. The trailer also shows the action sequences shot inside a metro where Kalyan is taking on the goons and powerful dialogues make it intense. Apart from Pawan Kalyan, the movie also stars Nivetha Thomas, Anjali, and Ananya Nagalla reprising Taapsee Pannu, Kriti Kulhari, and Andrea Tariang's role from the original.## Vakeel Saab will see Shruti Haasan in an extended cameo appearance playing an important role. Besides her, Prakash Raj also is in a key role as a lawyer playing against Pawan Kalyan. This will be the first time since UFC 248 in March 2020 that T-Mobile Arena will host an event, with a full capacity crowd attending it. ## A rematch between Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier is currently expected to take place at this event. They both previously collided at UFC 257, Despite talks of retirement, McGregor was booked to face Dustin Poirier in a rematch of their 2014 bout at UFC 257 on 24 January 2021.## The final chapter in the trilogy between Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor will be written on Saturday, July 10, as the lightweight superstars settle the score in the main event of UFC 264 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. ## After Ireland’s McGregor defeated Poirier in 2014, Louisiana’s “Diamond” evened the score in January, setting up the most highly anticipated rubber match in UFC history between former champions determined to be the one leaving this trilogy victorious. ## This time, the stakes go high as they meet for one more highlight. McGregor has been known for such relentless trash talk and "psychological warfare" against his opponents.
