Wrestling veteran Justin Gabriel recently revealed a past altercation with current star Cody Rhodes. During his stint with WWE (2008-2015), Gabriel squared off against Rhodes multiple times, most notably in early 2012.## On Rene Dupree's podcast, Gabriel recounted a "tiff" with Rhodes that escalated to a physical confrontation. Apparently, Rhodes' creative input led to changes in storylines, which didn't sit well with Gabriel.## "Cody and I had a bit of a disagreement, nothing major," Gabriel clarified. "He changed some storylines with creative, which I wasn't thrilled about. Long story short, we ended up throwing punches. We settled it quickly, though. I doubt he even remembers."## Gabriel described initially mistaking Rhodes' aggression for a joke, leading to a push in self-defense. He then realized the seriousness of the situation, but his laughter further fueled Rhodes' anger. "He swung at me, so I instinctively pushed him back. I'm no stranger to a fight, so my reflexes were quick. When I saw he was serious, I panicked a bit. Hyderabad, February 7 - The anticipation for Telugu superstar Allu Arjun's action drama Pushpa - The Rule is at an all-time high. Directed by Sukumar, the film is the second part of 2021's blockbuster Pushpa - The Rise, also starring Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil in prominent roles. ## Pushpa 2 is gearing up for its massive Pan India release on August 15, 2024, and it seems it won't end there. Mumbai, February 7 - Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal starring Ranbir Kapoor has broken a viewership record on Netflix. The action drama film scored the highest viewership for an Indian movie (direct or indirect) on the streamer in the first 10 days. ## Animal, which premiered on Netflix on January 26, has so far scored 39.3 million viewing hours from 11.7 million views in the first 10 days which is the highest ever for an Indian title. Previously, Yami Gautam-starrer Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga (direct release) was the most-watched Indian title on Netflix in the first 10 days with 29 million hours. ## Among the post-theatrical Netflix releases, SS Rajamouli's mega-hit RRR was previously the number-one watched movie at the same time with 25.5 million viewing hours, a number Animal has beaten by a long margin. It scored 20.8 million viewing hours in the opening weekend, followed by 18.5 million in the second week (January 29 - February 4). ## Animal is trending in the top 10 list in 17 countries, including number-one in India, Sri Lanka, UAE, Maldives, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Mauritius. WWE just announced some special programming changes for next week's NXT and SmackDown, and it all boils down to one word: Elimination Chamber!## Fans attending tonight's NXT taping learned that next Tuesday's show will be a double tap, meaning they'll film both the February 13th and 20th episodes back-to-back. This suggests the February 20th episode won't be live, but pre-recorded.## SmackDown isn't escaping the double-duty treatment either. Liv Morgan's December arrest for possessing marijuana has been officially resolved. Court records confirm the case against her (real name Gionna Daddio) is closed. ## Originally arrested in Florida on charges of possessing a synthetic cannabinoid and marijuana (under 20 grams), the synthetic cannabinoid charge was dropped last month, leaving only the marijuana charge. This charge was transferred to a misdemeanor court due to its lesser severity.## On January 31st, the case concluded with Morgan entering a nolo contendere plea to the marijuana possession charge. This plea means she doesn't formally admit guilt, but accepts punishment. Despite this, she wasn't convicted and only faces a $543 assessment.## The arrest stemmed from a December 14th traffic stop where a sheriff's deputy noticed Morgan's vehicle weaving and detected marijuana upon approaching. A subsequent search discovered a vape pen and a small amount of marijuana.## Notably, WWE didn't take action against Morgan due to the arrest. Currently recovering from a shoulder injury, she made a triumphant return in the Royal Rumble, finishing among the final two competitors before being eliminated by Bayley.## Morgan now faces Zoey Stark in an Elimination Chamber qualifying match on Raw next week. Prosecutors in Orange County, Florida, are pressing forward with criminal charges against professional wrestler Daniel Wheeler, known as Cash Wheeler in AEW, according to PWInsider.## A hearing for the case is scheduled to take place on February 20th, 2024. Wheeler was arrested on August 18th, 2023, on charges of aggravated assault with a firearm. ## The alleged incident occurred on July 27th, and a warrant for his arrest was issued the following day. On August 3rd, Wheeler pleaded not guilty through his attorney in the Orange County Circuit Court. ## Incident report filed by: ## "On July 27, 2023, at 0959 I, Officer M. Bowhay #19932, responded to [REDACTED] in reference to an aggravated assault with a firearm call. Upon my arrival I spoke to the victim, [REDACTED], who provided me with a sworn written/verbal statement that said the following: [Victim] stated he was driving west on Interstate 4 north of Exit 83. He noticed a Jeep Gladiator weaving in and out of traffic honking its horn, so he moved over to the far-right lane to let the Jeep pass. [Victim] said the Jeep took the right shoulder to drive around him on the passenger side of his vehicle. [Victim] looked over and noticed a white male with a beard pointing a black semi-automatic handgun out of the driver's window at him with a strong stare. [Victim] said he feared for his life at this time. [Victim] stated he slowed down to get out of the way of the firearm and ended up behind the suspect vehicle at this time. ## At this time both were committed to exit 83 (Ivanhoe Blvd). [Victim] took pictures of the Jeep as it turned right onto College Park Drive and began to drive reckless. [Victim] said the Jeep beared Florida tag [REDACTED]. After taking the picture, [Victim] said he called 911 and gave the vehicle information to dispatch the details of what occurred. He explained he could not be late for work and asked an officer to meet him at his work [REDACTED]. ## I created a photo line-up using ELVIS (a database used by law enforcement for investigative purposes). Elvis selected five random photos based on the suspect's Florida driver's license picture Page 1 of 2 and put them in a randomized order with the suspect being the sixth picture. Officer Blinn #34211 met with [Victim] and presented him with the photo lineup instructions and the photo lineup. [Victim] quickly selected the correct picture, photo #2, of the suspect, later identified as, Daniel M. Wheeler, W/M D.O.B 5/17/1987 with 100% certainty. Good news for AEW Collision! ## Its latest episode drew in 404,000 viewers, according to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics. This marks a solid rebound from the 300,000 viewers who tuned in on January 27th. The show also saw growth in the key demographic, scoring a 0.12 rating in the 18-49 age group, up from the previous week's 0.06. ## However, it's worth noting that Collision aired against stiff competition. An NBA matchup between the Lakers and Knicks on ABC attracted a significant audience, pulling in an average of 2.74 million viewers and a 0.71 rating in the 18-49 demo. Additionally, most of Collision's timeslot overlapped with a college basketball game between Tennessee and Kentucky on ESPN, which garnered 2.53 million viewers and a 0.75 rating in the same demographic. ## Despite the competition, Collision's viewership increase is a positive sign. The show managed to attract more viewers and grow its key demographic rating, suggesting that some viewers are tuning back in.
