The Sushant Singh Rajput death has sparked a raging debate on nepotism amongst Bollywood fans and some of the industry people. There are a lot of people who think that because of nepotism, outsiders do not get more chances to showcase their talent and skills. ## However, the Padman director, R Balki has a completely different perspective who thinks that nepotism is everywhere which nobody can change. He said that nepotism could have its pros and cons but at the same time, it has produced the actors like Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor who he thinks are the best. ## In a recent interview with a leading daily, the director shared his thoughts on nepotism and gave his insights. "It's undeniable that this happens everywhere. Think about the Mahindras, Ambanis, Bajajs… Their father passed on the businesses to them. Does anyone say 'No I don't think Mukesh Ambani shouldn't run this business, someone else should?' In every strata of the society, it happens, even a driver or a vegetable seller passes on businesses to their children. So, it's a foolish argument".## "Remember we live in a free society. The question is do they (star kids) have an unfair or bigger advantage? Yes, there are pros and cons. But I'd ask one simple question - Find me a better actor than Alia (Bhatt) or Ranbir (Kapoor), and we'll argue. It's unfair on these few people who're probably some of the finest actors", he further said.## "Understand that audiences don't like actors without talent. Sometimes, they also want to see star kids on screen. That's only the first chance that you get, and then one needs to survive on their own. I agree it's far more difficult for an outsider to make an entry in films, but talent gets the opportunity", he concluded. ## The debate on nepotism has been going on for a long time which has now turned into a heated argument in the film industry as well as amongst the fans on social media. Sushant Singh Rajput's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty has urged the home minister of India, Amit Shah to handover the Sushant's death case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). She took to Instagram and requested to Amit Shah for CBI investigation as she wants to know the real reason behind the late actor's big step that 'prompted' him to claim his life. ## She wrote, "Respected @amitshahofficial sir, I’m Sushant Singh Rajputs girlfriend Rhea chakraborty, it is now over a month since his sudden demise".## "I have complete faith in the government, however, in the interest of justice, I request you with folded hands to initiate a CBI enquiry into this matter. The makers of Janhvi Kapoor starrer Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl has announced the release date of the film. Based on the first female and Indian woman airforce pilot, Gunjan Saxena, the film will be premiered on Netflix on 12 August 2020 worldwide. ## Dharma Productions took to its official Twitter handle and announced the release date of the movie. The TV mogul, Oprah Winfrey is continuing to support those in need amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic in The USA that has been hit hard by the pandemic.## After donating $12 million to COVID-19 relief efforts previously in her "home cities" of Chicago, Nashville, Milwaukee, Kosciusko, and Mississippi, The Oprah Winfrey Charitable Foundation (OWCF) has donated additional $3 million to COVID-19 relief efforts in South Los Angeles, California.## The donation was presented to South LA Forward, a newly created coalition of three Los Angeles based grassroots organizations: SoLa I Can Foundation, SEE-LA, and the Watts Healthcare Corporation.## South LA Forward was established with the mission of committing to providing 200 tons of fresh food to feed 80,000 Angelenos and providing 200 scholarships to those who have lost their jobs due to the pandemic. South LA Forward also aims to expand COVID-19 testing and primary care for South Los Angeles residents. ## Winfrey said in a statement: "As I continue to seek out ways to support underserved communities, I was struck by the unique multi-layered approach to effect real change to the systematic barriers of access to healthy food, quality health care, and educational opportunities", as stated by the People.com.## The United States of America is the worst-hit country by the COVID-19 pandemic. Newton actor Rajkummar Rao has been roped in the Hindi remake of Telugu film investigative thriller Hit which starred Vishwak Sen and Ruhani Sharma in the leading roles, its makers announced on Wednesday. I wanted to cast someone who can bring that darkness to the role and still make the audience root for him with a matured performance."## The Hindi version will be produced by Dil Raju and Kuldeep Rathore. The director also said that he had his eyes on Rajkummar Rao and was looking forward to working with him for a long time and now he is elated to work with both Rajkummar and Dil Raju.## "I felt Raj can evoke that kind of response. I have been following Rajkummar’s work ever since I watched Shaitaan. He is a terrific actor and has managed to surprise us every time with his performances. I am really excited to be working with Rajkummar Rao and Dil Raju sir on this project".## Overjoyed to join the project, Rajkummar Rao said in the statement: "When I saw HIT, I instantly connected with it.
