Hyderabad, August 18 - Superstar Jr. NTR and director Trivikram Srinivas' much-awaited upcoming epic on Lord Murugan has sparked fresh excitement, with NTR Arts reportedly registering two titles for the film. The project is one of the most ambitious collaborations in Telugu cinema and is confirmed to revolve around Lord Murugan, also known as Lord Kartikeya, with Jr NTR set to portray the divine warrior on a grand cinematic canvas. Devasenapathi is particularly significant as it refers to Lord Kartikeya as the commander of the divine forces, while God of War directly reflects his identity as a powerful warrior deity. The makers had already dropped strong hints about the film's theme through the announcement poster, which featured a massive divine spear amid a battlefield and carried the tagline "One Spear. One Purpose. One Divine Reckoning." The announcement also described the protagonist as "The Son of Shiva. The Pride of Parvathi. The Eternal Commander," leaving little doubt about the Lord Murugan connection. Chennai, Dec 25 (IANS) Actor and director Raghava Lawrence has said he will donate Rs eight lakh to Parvathi Ammal, on whose life the critically-acclaimed courtroom drama 'Jai Bhim' was based. ## Raghava, who had earlier announced that he would build a house for Parvathi Ammal and her family, has said that in the wake of the Tamil Nadu government now having announced that it would build a house for her, he will now instead donate an amount of Rs eight lakh to her. ## Raghava said, "I had promised to build a house for Parvathi Ammal after getting to know about her poverty-stricken condition from the media. I had met her in person in this regard. She had informed me that her daughter had some land in a village called Keela Naththam in Ariyalur district and wanted me to build a house for her there. We had paid a visit to the site and were about to begin work on building the structure when we got to know that the Tamil Nadu government has decided to build her a home." ## "I congratulate and express my heartfelt gratitude to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin for having come forward to build her a home after getting to know about her state of poverty." ## "In the wake of this development, I have decided to add another Rs three lakh to the Rs five lakh that I had already earmarked for building her a house and will now present a total of Rs eight lakh to her. Chennai, December 8 - Tamil superstar Suriya has won critical acclaim for his last two films, "Soorarai Pottru" and "Jai Bhim". Interestingly, both films were released on Amazon Prime Video and were among the most-watched films in Prime Video's history. ## Now, Google India has declared the list of its 'Year in Search' findings as it explained the top search trends of 2021 in the country. "Jai Bhim" which focuses on the real-life struggles of marginalized groups was the most googled film of the year in India. Another Prime Video film "Shershaah" starring Sidharth Malhotra, is the second most searched film on Google. ## Salman Khan-starrer "Radhe", which received the worst of reviews, was the 3rd most searched film of 2021 on Google India. Among the Hollywood titles, Marvel Studios' "Eternals" was the 5th most searched film in India while "Godzilla vs Kong" found the 7th spot in the list. Drishyam 2 and Bhuj: The Pride Of India featured on the lists as well.## Thalapathy Vijay's "Master" and Akshay Kumar-fronted "Sooryavashi" were the 6th and 7th most searched films of 2021. "Master" was the first big-ticket release in India during the pandemic and it went on to become the blockbuster at the box office with a worldwide collection of over Rs. 220 crores. "Sooryavanshi" too Bollywood's first superhit film during the pandemic and has so far grossed over Rs. 290 crores worldwide. ## Meanwhile, "Jai Bhim", is also among the highest-rated films on IMDb.
