Los Angeles, May 22 - Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise's Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning is heading for a franchise record at the worldwide box office during the Memorial Day opening weekend, which is expected to deliver massive box office numbers. ## The Final Reckoning had an early release in a few international markets, including India, but the official international roll-out of the movie began on Wednesday. According to Deadline, the film is expected to gross $200 million - $220 million in its worldwide opening weekend, which will be a record for the franchise. ## The film's domestic (North America) opening weekend is projected to be in the range of $75 million - $85 million, while its international debut is expected to be $125 million - $135 million. The film's projected opening is comfortably beating the previous record holder, 2018's Mission: Impossible – Fallout, which scored $61 million domestically. ## While Paramount Pictures is yet to release the official collection from early international releases, the movie has grossed approximately 59 crores ($6.85 million) in India in 5 days so far.
