On January 31st, at the Royal Rumble event, he entered as the 1st entrant and won the match by last eliminating Randy Orton.## Well, Universal Title or WWE Title at WrestleMania? Superstar Mohanlal is all set to make his directorial debut. Titled Barozz, the movie to go on floors next month in March with an ace cinematographer-filmmaker Santosh Sivan.## On Sunday, Sivan took to Twitter and announced that the movie will go on floors in March. Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon are all set to reunite after the 2015 hit movie, Dilwale. The duo will be starring in Stree and Bala director Amar Kaushik's next directorial, titled Bhediya. It is a monster horror film which will be produced by Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films. The JIO Studio presentation will release on 14 April 2022. ## Bhediya is a horror-comedy film by Maddock Films after Sharddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao's "Stree" and upcoming Janhavi Kapoor and Rao's "Roohi". Varun's character in Bhediya resembles a monster. Varun Dhawan has started the shooting for the film in Arunachal Pradesh and will continue shooting till May. When things finally start falling all over again in one place, the largest film industry in the country, Bollywood has decided to go back to its old traditional plans. After a flurry of release date announcement, what we are hearing is something that are really good signs for the exhibitors and theater owners. ## John Abraham has announced the release date of his big action entertainer, Attack, and booked Independence day weekend (August 13, 2021) for its release. While Attack was always going to release in theaters, Abraham's another biggie, Mumbai Saga is also having a theatrical release. ## Amid the rumors of direct to digital release, the makers of Mumbai Saga announced the theatrical release of the film. It will be hitting theaters on March 19 next month. Directed by Sanjay Gupta, the teaser of Mumbai Saga will be unveiled on February 24. The film also stars Emraan Hashmi, Jackie Shroff, Gulshan Grover, and others in key roles. John will be seen playing the role of Ganpat Ram Bhonsle in the film that is set in the '80s-'90s and chronicles how Bombay became Mumbai. The story is inspired by real incidents. ## Talking about Attack, it is an action thriller film directed and co-written by Lakshya Raj Anand. The box office hit duo of actor Vijay and director Lokesh Kanagaraj is all set to reunite for their next project. After producing the biggest blockbuster, Master post lockdown, the actor-director duo will reportedly be collaborating for Thalapathy 66, i.e. Vijay's 66th film. A month after Master release (January 13), there were speculations that Vijay will be teaming up with Master director again for his next. ## According to India Today, Kanagaraj recently met Vijay at his residence in Chennai and narrated a script. The actor was impressed with the storyline and agreed to work with him again after completing Nelson's project, tentatively titled Thalapathy 65. An official announcement regarding Thalapathy 66 is expected to be made April.## It is also reported that Thalapathy 66 will be made on a mammoth budget and it will be a pan India release considering the huge fan following of the actor. The project will be bankrolled by Lalit Kumar of Seven Screen Studios. ## Talking about Vijay's 65th film with director Nelson, the pre-production work is currently underway and shooting will begin soon, probably in April. It will be produced by Sun Pictures. Ever since Mohanlal starrer, Drishyam 2 has released on Amazon Prime Video, it is winning the hearts of the viewers for many reasons. Mohanlal's performance and Jeethu Joseph's writing and direction are receiving blockbuster reviews from critics and fans all over the country and it has already gained the biggest blockbuster of the year status on OTT for getting never seen before response. No doubt that if it had not been released on OTT, there would have been a storm in theaters. ## Nonetheless, the level of excitement and love for the film has been reaching an extent that fans are already demanding a third part of the film. And to keep their excitement level, the makers of this Malayalam suspense thriller are already working on Drishyam 3. Recently, in an interview with Manorama, producer Antony Perumbavoor had spill beans on the making of Drishyam 3. ## "I can say that Drishyam 3 is in Jeethu's mind. I understood from his conversations that he is contemplating it. I really hope that it happens. In fact, Lal sir and Jeethu have been speaking about it. All of us wish for Drishyam 3", said Antony. ## It is very well known that the film was made for a theatrical release and was supposed to hit theaters in January 2021. However, with the covid-19 pandemic still around, the makers skipped a theatrical release before taking a direct OTT way. Antony too showed his disappointment that the movie could not have a theatre release but he had to make the decision for his survival. ## "I am someone who wishes for the theatre experience. But, these are unprecedented times. So, I have gone for an OTT release for my survival", he said. ## The success of Drishyam 2 has opened the gate for its remake in other languages.
