Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case Has been Transferred To The CBI

After more than one and a half months, the Sushant Singh Rajput death case has been transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation. The Central government has officially informed the Supreme Court of India today (August 5) that the Bihar government's recommendation for the CBI probe into the death of the actor has been accepted.## Yesterday, the Bihar government led by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has recommended the CBI probe after Sushant's father KK Singh filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and also spoke to Nitish Kumar requesting him for the CBI investigation.## For a few weeks now, Sushant's fans and close ones had been asking the centre to transfer the case to the CBI for the fair investigation. The demand for CBI enquiry also picked pace after the news of mutual confrontation between Mumbai Police and Bihar Police started coming to the fore.## FYI, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Mumbai apartment on June 14 and it was said to be a suicide.
