Mumbai, May 16 - Bollywood star Sidharth Malhotra's fantasy folk thriller VVAN- Force of The Forrest has been postponed to 2026. The film is being directed by Panchayat fame Deepak Kumar Mishra and produced by Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Motion Pictures and The Viral Fever (TVF). ## VVAN was officially announced in November last year with the first look poster and release date, which was in October 2025. Mumbai, May 15 - A day after it was reported that Telugu superstar Jr. NTR is in talks to play the Father of Indian Cinema, Dadasaheb Phalke, on the big screen in the movie titled Made In India, it has now been announced that Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan and director Rajkumar Hirani are reuniting for the Dadasaheb Phalke's biopic. ## Aamir and Hirani, who previously worked together in 3 Idiots (2008) and PK (2024), have been in talks for their third collaboration, which has now been officially confirmed. Prasanna and is scheduled to release on June 20. ## The trailer of Sitaare Zameen Par was launched on May 13 after getting postponed a few days from its original planned date of May 8. Hyderabad, May 14 - Telugu superstar Jr. NTR is set to headline the biopic of Dadasaheb Phalke, who is regarded as the father of Indian cinema. The film, titled Made In India, was announced back in September 2023 by producer Varun Gupta (Max Studios) and SS Karthikeya (Showing Business) as a Pan India title. ## Ever since the film was announced, SS Rajamouli, along with SS Karthikeya and Varun Gupta, have been working on the script diligently and now, they have reportedly locked a draft. The script was recently narrated to Jr. NTR, who immediately gave his nod to the project, according to the report by Pinkvilla.## "NTR Jr. heard the script and was blown away with the lesser-known tales of Dadasaheb Phalke, who is termed as the 'Father of Indian Cinema'. Mumbai, May 14 - In another fresh turn of events, Maddock Films' romantic comedy drama Bhool Chuk Maaf is getting back to the theatrical release. The movie is directed by Karan Sharma and produced by Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films in association with Amazon MGM Studios.## Over the last week, the film has been in the news for a couple of reasons. On May 8, the makers announced the Bhool Chuk Maaf's theatrical release, which was May 10, was called off amid the India and Pakistan border tensions and was rescheduled to a direct digital release on Prime Video on May 16. ## However, the decision to send the movie directly on digital invited the legal battle as PVR-Inox sued Maddock, seeking 60 crore in damages for breach of contract and requesting a stay on the film's digital release. Later, the Bombay High Court granted major relief to the theatre chain and stopped the OTT release of the movie. ## Now, according to the latest report by Pinkvilla, the film is back on track for a theatrical release. It is said that the movie will now hit the big screens on May 23. Mumbai, May 13 - Superstar Aamir Khan and maverick director Rajkumar Hirani are one of the most successful duos in the Bollywood cinema. They have collaborated on two films in the past, 3 Idiots (2009) and PK (2014), which not only became huge blockbusters but are also considered among the finest Bollywood films ever. ## According to the latest report by Pinkvilla, the blockbuster combo is in talks to reunite for their third collaboration and the discussion is said to be in the advanced stage. "Rajkummar Hirani was toying with 3 ideas, and he has finally decided to move ahead with a subject. He discussed the same with Aamir Khan, and the actor has also loved the world that Raju is developing", says the report.## The report confirmed that both Aamir Khan and Rajkumar Hirani have principally agreed on the film and are eyeing to take it on the floors by 2026. It will be the director's next directorial venture after the 2023 comedy drama Dunki, starring superstar Shah Rukh Khan. ## It is said that Hirani was also discussing a film each with Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal, but the dates didn't align with either of the two actors, due to their packed schedule. The film is expected to approach these two in the near future with the same films. ## Meanwhile, Aamir Khan is gearing up for the release of Sitaare Zameen Par, which is slated to hit the big screen on June 20.
