Actress Kangana Ranaut launched the trailer of her forthcoming biopic, Thalaivi on Tuesday (March 23) in Chennai. The four-time National Award-winning actress showed her versatility in the trailer of Jayalalitha's biopic and getting a lot of praise for portraying former actress and politician Jayalalitha in the film. ## Apart from showing her great respect for Jayalalitha, Kangana Ranaut has often seen talking nice things about Thalaivi director A.L. Vijay. During the trailer launch event, the actress broke down while talking about Vijay and said how the director never made her feel apologetic about her talent and thanked him for believing in her talent. ## "I want to say that he is one person who has made me feel good about my talent. Especially the kind of camaraderie they show with the male hero, they never show with an actress. But I learned from him, how to treat actors and how to show creative partnership", she said at the trailer launch.## She also took to Twitter and responded to a user who shared Kangana's video praising Vijay. However, on March 16, Costa withdrew from the fight due to the severe flu. He was replaced by former interim title challenger and The Ultimate Fighter: Team Jones vs. Team Sonnen middleweight winner Kelvin Gastelum.## They were head coaches of The Ultimate Fighter: Heavy Hitters and Whittaker was expected to defend his title against him at UFC 234 in February 2019, before pulling out hours before the event due to a collapsed bowel and an internal hernia that required emergency surgery.## A heavyweight bout between Parker Porter and Chase Sherman was scheduled to take place at the event. The trailer of Kangana Ranaut starrer "Thalaivi", which showcased the life journey of Jayalalitha from her struggling acting days to become one of the most powerful female politicians India has ever witnessed, was launched on Kangana's 34th birthday on March 23 on Tuesday. ## Directed by AL Vijay, the film also stars Aravind Swami, Prakash Raj, Jisshu Sengupta, and Bhagyashree, among others. Tamil superstar Dhanush won big at the 67th National Film Awards, which were announced on Monday (March 22). The actor won his second National Award in the Best Actor category for Tamil movie, Asuran. He has jointly been announced the winner of Best Actor with verstile actor Manoj Bajpayee who won his 3rd National Award for Bhonsle. ## Asuran also announced the Best Film in Tamil in the 67th National Film Awards. Deligted on being honoured with the prestigious award, Dhanush took to social media and thanks National Award jury and director Vetrimaaran along with others for believing in him for his role Sivasami in Asuran. ## "I woke up to this amazing news of being honoured with the prestigious national award for ASURAN. To win one best actor award is a dream, to win Two is nothing short of a blessing. Thanu under the banner V Creations.
