Inglewood, February 7, 2023 -With the Road to WrestleMania now in full swing, there has been still the idea of The Rock appearing at WrestleMania, if not a match. ## It was previously reported that The Rock has indicated that he won't have time to get into the kind of shape, he feels he needs to have to do a main event match with Roman Reigns, although he has left the door open for next year. ## The Rock's possibility to appear at WWE WrestleMania 39 might not be deniable because the speculations can turn into reality sometimes, but The Rock-facing Roman Reigns at the event has been scrapped for all. That being said, WWE has already confirmed plans as Reigns will defend his title against Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 39. ## WrestlingNews.co recently reported that WWE had plans to separate the Undisputed WWE Universal Title - WWE Championship and Universal Championship. Per the report, the first night was pitched to be seen Seth Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre or Cody Rhodes for the WWE Title, While Reigns vs. Rock for the Universal Title would've headlined the second night which looks no possible now. ## While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer confirmed that this was the original idea before things got scrapped. ## “If it was Roman and The Rock, they were gonna create a championship on Saturday night that Cody probably would have ended up winning. But it was Cody, Drew or Rollins that was gonna come out of that one. Because they wanna go back to two titles….Obviously, at WrestleMania, it’s for both belts. They did explain, again they did say it’s now two belts again. It’s not one belt. It’s back to two belts. Montreal, February 6, 2023 - A huge spoiler has emerged on why WWE Hall of Famer Lita returned on Raw during Becky Lynch Vs Bayley in a steel cage match. ## For monts now, Becky Lynch has been involged in a feud with Damage CTRL (Bayley, Dakota Kai & IYO SKY). Finally, Lynch and Bayley battled in a Steel Cage match on the February 6 episode of WWE Raw. ## As expected, both IYO and Dakota Kai pulled off a distraction for Becky Lynch. Lynch seemed to have it won but SKY climbed up and knocked her back into the ring. Kai slipped a crutch into the ring when Lita’s music it. Lita dragged SKY down from the side of the cage and took Kai’s other crutch. She attacked SKY with it and gave her a Twist of Fate. Lita slammed the door on Bayley and Lynch followed with a Man-handle Slam for the pinfall win. Lita celebrated with Lynch. ## Lita last wrestled against then Raw Women's Champion Becky Lynch at Elimination Chamber, where she lost at the event. ## According to a new report, WWE has a well-stacked plan for Lita's return. Per the report, WWE is expecting a huge match for Elimination Chamber on February 18. ## Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reported earlier today that Lita would be returning tonight and that Trish Stratus will be returning next week. Montreal, February 6, 2023 - The 2023 Royal Rumble winner Cody Rhodes is all set to challenge Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania 39. ## To lighten up his huge match against Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes entered the February 6 edition of Monday Night Raw with a big reaction. After spelling out his strategy, he was interrupted by Paul Heyman and the crowd loudly sang along with his spiel. ## Heyman congratulated Rhodes on his Rumble win. They shook hands. At the end of the promo, Heyman said that he couldn’t stress how much he loved Dusty or how much Dusty loved Cody. In their last conversation together, Dusty told Heyman that Cody was his favourite son, but Roman Reigns was the son he always wanted. Heyman dropped the mic as the crowd booed. ## An angry Cody Rhodes got in Heyman's face. Cody forced a handshake to keep Heyman close. Cody said Heyman wouldn’t be the one to pay for it.
