'Salaar' Teaser Becomes The Most Viewed Indian Movie Teaser of All-Time In The First 24-Hours

Hyderabad, July 7 - The first teaser/trailer of superstar Prabhas' highly-awaited Pan India movie "Salaar" has taken the internet by storm and has become the most-viewed Indian movie teaser of all time in the first 24 hours. ## Directed by Prashanth Neel, the "Salaar" teaser recorded 83 million updated views and 1.67 million likes in the first 24 hours. In fact, it is the first Indian movie teaser to cross the 70 million mark, besting Prabhas' last film "Adipurush" teaser which got 68.9 million. ## Prashanth Neel's "KGF: Chapter 2" teaser is the third most watched with 68.8 million views. However, unlike "Adipurush" and "KGF 2", the teaser of "Salaar" was launched in a single language yet it received a record-breaking response. It was launched early in the morning at 5:12 AM. ## The teaser of "Salaar" got mixed to positive responses from audiences but it has been able to hype up moviegoers with its potential connection with the mega-blockbuster "KGF 2". California, July 6 - Superstar Prabhas-fronted hugely-anticipated sci-fi epic "Project K" is going global as the makers are gearing up to unveil exclusive footage as well as the title and the release date of the film in the presence of talent at the San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC), according to Variety. ## Vyjayanthi Movies will unveil the first look glimpse of the film at an opening night party on July 19. On July 20, the "Project K" team will host a panel titled "This is Project K: First Glimpse of India's Mytho-Sci-fi Epic" with Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Haasan during which the film's full title, teaser trailer, and release date will be revealed. ## "This exclusive event will transport guests into India's most ambitious cinematic universe yet with their captivating storytelling, futuristic setting, and 'Spice Punk' aesthetic inspired by the film", said producer C. Aswani Dutt of Vyjayanthi Movies in a statement. ## Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Kamal Haasan among others will also feature in a performance on SDCC's largest stage. The movie will be produced by S Radha Krishna's Haarika & Hassine Creations and Allu Arvind's Geetha Arts. ## "AA 22" marks the 4th collaboration between Allu Arjun and Trivikram. While TNR is scheduled for October 2023, Ravi Teja has already locked his next film. ## On June 12, the Mass Maharaja announced his maiden collaboration with cinematographer-turned-director Karthik Gattamneni's action thriller film, titled Eagle.
