Box Office: The Kashmir Files Enters Top 10 Highest 3rd Weekend Hindi Movie List Of All-Time
Mumbai, March 28 - The Hindi box office is finally coming to full force with two movies doing exceptionally well together for the first time during the covid-19 pandemic. SS Rajamouli's period action drama film, "RRR", and Vivek Agnihotri's "The Kashmir Files" together brought about 95 crores net this weekend at the Hindi box office. ## "The Kashmir Files", which is based on the true facts of the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits, is putting on strong legs despite the onslaught of "RRR". After ruling the first two weeks, TKF registered another solid 3rd weekend at the box office, entering the top 10 biggest 3rd weekend grosser of all-time in Hindi. ## The Anupam Kher-starrer scored 20.85 crores (-70.27% vs 2nd weekend) and became the 8th biggest Hindi movie in the 3rd weekend, beating "Bajirao Mastani" (20.51 Cr.), and "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" (19.98 Cr.) to enter the top list of all-time. Prabhas-fronted "Baahubali 2" remains the highest-grossing Hindi film in the 3rd weekend with 42.55 crores, followed by Aamir Khan-starrer "Dangal" with 31.77 crores. ## The top 10 biggest 3rd weekend grosser in Hindi are as follows - 1. Baahubali 2 (42.55 Cr.), 2. Dangal (31.77 Cr.), 3. Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior (27.48 Cr.), 4. PK (26.75 Cr.), 5. URI: The Surgical Strike (23.54 Cr.), 6. Kabir Singh (22.52 Cr.), 7. Sanju (21.46 Cr.), 8. The Kashmir Files (20.85 Cr.), 9. Bajirao Mastani (20.51 Cr.), and 10. Bajrangi Bhaijaan (19.98 Cr.). ## "The Kashmir Files" has also become the 18th highest-earning (Net) film in Hindi with 227.12 crores in 17 days. It has overstepped Salman Khan's "Bharat" (212.03 Cr.), and "Housefull 4" (210.30 Cr.) to reach the top 20 list of all-time. At the end of the 3rd week, TKF will reach number 15 by surpassing "Chennai Express" (227.13 Cr.), "Krrish 3" (231.79 Cr.), and "Kick" (231.85 Cr.). ## Stay tuned...
