'Avengers: Endgame' Directors Russo Brothers Heap Praise On 'RRR' And SS Rajamouli

Mumbai, July 30 - Hollywood filmmakers, Joe and Anthony Russo, popularly known as Russo Brothers, have showered praise on India's biggest filmmaker SS Rajamouli and his recent global blockbuster 'RRR' movie. Russo Brothers were recently in India for the promotion of "The Gray Man" and they had a virtual meeting with Rajamouli as the trio set on to discuss their love for cinema. ## All three directors assert that action is the most broadly appealing genre to base their narratives on, despite their shared belief that movies should be anchored in emotion, which Rajamouli refers to as "the basement on which you can create this great extravaganza". ## Speaking about "RRR", Joe Russo said, "What I think is so amazing about [RRR] is the emotion it evokes, combined with the spectacle and this makes it perfectly done epic". Prabhas's Mega Movie 'Project K' To Release Either In October 2023 Or January 2024

Hyderabad, July 28 - Pan India superstar Prabhas has been working on one of the biggest films of his career, "Project K", which is being directed by Nag Ashwin. The movie also stars legendary Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani in prominent roles. The sci-fi epic is being produced by Vyjayanthi Movies. ## "Project K" has been in production since last year and it was supposed to hit screens in 2022 but got delayed as the movie is getting shot on a massive scale. Now, producer C. Ashwini Dutt of Vyjayanthi Movies has provided a massive update on the release date front of "Project K". ## Producer Dutt has revealed during the promotion of "Sita Ramam" that they are planning to release the film on October 18, 2023, on a massive scale. If not October 2023, then they will release the film in January 2024, most probably on the Sankranthi occasion. He revealed that the shooting will be wrapped up by January 2023 and will take a minimum of 8 months in post-production. ## The producer further said that "Project K" will be an "Avengers" kind of film that will surprise one and all. Prabhas will be traffic and Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in a never-before avatar. Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa - The Rule' To Release In 10 National and International Languages?

Hyderabad, July 23 - Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna's Pushpa - The Rule will be bigger than the first part on every front. The anticipation around this biggie is keep increasing with each passing day which is tempting the makers to set things high this time around. ## "Pushpa - The Rise", which debuted in theaters in December last year, was released in five Indian languages worldwide. Now, as per the latest reports, "Pushpa 2" will be released in at least 10 national and international languages. Fahadh Faasil Hints At Third Part of Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa'

Hyderabad, July 19 - Director Sukumar is preparing to start the shoot of the highly-anticipated Pan India movie, Pushpa - The Rule, starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil. The movie will be the continuation of the first part, Pushpa - The Rise, which became a huge hit at the box office. ## Fahadh Faasil, who is featured towards the end of the first part, will be the center stage of "Pushpa 2" as he is playing a main negative role. The latest to join the list is the screenwriter of critically acclaimed movies like "Dune", "Passengers", "Doctor Strange", and "Prometheus" - Jon Spaihts.## Jon Spaihts took to Twitter to share his feeling after watching "RRR" as he left impressed with this Indian epic blockbuster. Producers Locked Huge Budget For Allu Arjun's Pushpa: The Rule

Hyderabad, July 12 - Pushpa: The Rise which became a cult blockbuster film has been enjoying massive popularity on the pan India level. Allu Arjun and Sukumar have hiked their remuneration after the massive success of 'Pushpa' in the Hindi market. ## Many Bollywood corporate companies have reportedly come forward to close the deal for the second part even before the commencement of the shooting. Allu Aravind and Allu Arjun realized that they would mint gold from the second part. So, Allu Arjun reportedly demanded Rs 90 crore as remuneration and a stake in the business. ## Sukumar who took Rs 18 crore for the first part will reportedly get Rs 45 Cr for this project. Altogether, the actor and director will get over Rs 130 crore as remunerations. Another 50 to 75 crore will go to the remunerations of other actors and technicians. The budget of this much-anticipated film will touch nearly Rs 350 crore. ## The regular shoot of "Pushpa 2" will commence in August. The pre-production work has begun. 'Ramarao On Duty' Director Sarath Mandava Makes A Valid Point On Critics' Reviews

Hyderabad, July 11 - The critics' reviews have always been in question but in the last couple of years, the credibility of critics has reached the lowest level. However, it is unfortunate that critics' reviews are still able to influence the audience which is directly affecting some films' business if not all. ## In the last few months, many filmmakers have spoken about biased reviews by critics and the list is joined by the director of Ravi Teja's upcoming movie "Ramarao On Duty", Sarath Mandava. During a recent interaction with Telugu media, Sarath Mandava made a valid point on reviews by critics. ## The director indirectly stated that some of the critics are opportunists who give low ratings to some of the movies for their own benefit. While giving the example of a recently 1000-crore worldwide grosser movie, Mandava said, "If a film ended up becoming a huge blockbuster irrespective of bad reviews, will the reviewers accept their mistake & correct the reviews?"## He went on to say that reviews are perceptions of a few people and the audience should be aware of that. "For a big recent film, some of the websites gave 2.5 ratings but the movie ended grossing more than 1000 crores at the worldwide box office. If the audience like a film, they will make it a huge blockbuster irrespective of reviews", he added. ## Talking about "Ramarao On Duty", it is an action thriller film that is produced by SLV Cinemas and RT Team Works. Kiara Advani To Kick Off Next Schedule Of Ram Charan's 'RC15' On July 14

Hyderabad, July 10 - Kiara Advani who is a hot favorite with back-to-back successes is all set to resume the shoot for none other than director Shankar's next with Ram Charan. The actress has begun preparations for resuming her first pan-India film shoot.## According to reports, "Kiara Advani will begin a 15-day long schedule for S Shankar's next beginning on 14th July, continuing till the end of the month in Hyderabad. The actress has earlier shot portions of the film in Hyderabad and Vizag".## RC15 is the working title of an upcoming Indian Telugu-language political drama film directed by S. Makers Set High Price For Overseas Rights of Thalapathy Vijay's 'Varisu' And Ram Charan's 'RC15'

Hyderabad, July 8 - One of the top Telugu film producers Dil Raju currently has two of the biggest Indian films under his production. The Thalapathy Vijay-starrer Tami-Telugu action drama film, Varisu/Vaarasudu and Ram Charan-fronted "RC15", carrying a lot of buzz and are scheduled to hit screens in 2023. ## Both the movies, which are different completely different from each other, are expected to take huge openings at the domestic and well as overseas box office. "RC15" is a Pan India movie and will also be released in Hindi languages. Meanwhile, the makers are betting big on both the films and asking for huge prices for overseas rights for both.## According to Telugu media, the asking price for overseas rights of both the films by makers is around 65 crores. It is said that the buyers are showing keen interest to grab those movies despite such high prices and multiple buyers are reportedly in the race to get the rights.## There is no doubt that both "Varisu" and "RC15" are huge films that have the potential to do wonders at the box office, so a huge overseas asking price for them is not surprising at all. Both the movies will be released in the first quarter of 2023 as "Varisu" is slated for Pongal release while "RC15" may release in February or March. ## Talking about "Varisu", it is being directed by Vamshi Paidipally and this marks his maiden film with Thalapathy Vijay. The movie stars an ensemble cast including Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead, along with Prakash Raj, R. Sarathkumar, Shaam, and Yogi Babu, among others.
