Box Office: Jawan Scores Very Good Second Week Domestically

Mumbai, September 21 - Superstar Shah Rukh Khan's action thriller Jawan completes two weeks with a historic collection at the domestic as well as overseas box office. The movie has a very good second week which confirms that "Jawan" will become the biggest Bollywood movie of all time domestically in the next few days.## Directed by Atlee Kumar, "Jawan" scored a drop of around 65% for approximately 137 crores net in all versions in its second week as compared to the first 8-day extended week at the domestic box office. The drop is reasonable considering the fact that the first itself was huge at approximately 390 crores net.## The total collection of "Jawan" has reached approximately 527 crores net in 15 days, and with this, it has become the second-highest net collection-scoring Bollywood movie by surpassing "Gadar 2" which is also currently playing in theatres. "Jawan" will cross SRK's "Pathaan" this weekend and will become the biggest Bollywood movie.## The Hindi collection of the film is also getting closer to 500 crores net, after finishing two weeks at 474 crores. It will breach the 500 crores mark this weekend and become the 4th movie ever to do so. Box Office: 'Jawan' Crosses 300 Crores Gross Overseas

Mumbai, September 21 - Superstar Shah Rukh Khan's mega-blockbuster Jawan continues to spread joy at the box office as it is fast heading towards 1000 crores gross collection worldwide. The movie has completed two weeks (14 days) with a worldwide collection of over 922 crores.## Directed by Atlee Kumar, "Jawan" has become the 6th highest-grossing Indian movie of all time globally. On its 14th day, it surpassed the lifetime total of "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" (922 crores), and "Secret Superstar" (913 crores) to claim the 6th spot, behind Shah Rukh Khan's "Pathaan" (1055 crores). ## "Jawan" has also crossed the 300 crores mark overseas, which makes it the 9th Indian and 7th Bollywood movie to do so. Box Office: Jawan Second Thursday Early Estimates

Mumbai, September 14 - Shah Rukh Khan's mega-blockbuster Jawan has a fantastic extended first week at the domestic box office. The movie has already beaten SRK's own blockbuster Pathaan to score the biggest first week ever for a Bollywood as well as a Hindi movie.## The action thriller, on its second Thursday, scored an estimated 18 crores net collection in Hindi which takes its total cume to around 345 crores in 8 days. Additionally, it minted an estimated 1.50 crores in Tamil and Telugu versions for all India 19.50 crores second Thursday.## Jawan witnessed a drop of around 15% today which is a good hold as overall collections are huge. The total all-India net collection is over 387 crores in the extended 8-day week and tomorrow, on its second Friday, Jawan will hit the 400 crores mark in all versions.## There is no competition for Jawan in the second weekend which should help it to score 75+ crores net. It will be looking to top 500 crores net by the end of the second week in all versions, while in Hindi, Jawan should be able to hit this mark in the third week.## Meanwhile, with today's collection (second Thursday), Jawan also has crossed 2 crores footfalls in all versions, including approximately 1.70 crores in Hindi alone. The collection remains over 20 crores net in Hindi which is a fantastic hold, in its bid to become the 3rd Bollywood movie to top 500 crores lifetime Hindi net.## The day-wise trending of Jawan is better than SRK's last blockbuster Pathaan as collections on the first Monday and Tuesday are higher than the later one.
