Thalaivar 170: Superstar Rajinikanth's Next With Director TJ Gnanavel Ropes In Huge Star Cast

Chennai, September 5 - Superstar Rajinikanth is riding high on the mega-blockbuster success of the action drama "Jailer", directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. The film grossed over 600 crores at the world box office and with this, it has emerged as one of the all-time Indian blockbusters.## Now, Rajinikanth is gearing up to commence his next which is with "Jai Bhim" director TJ Gnanavel and it will be produced by Lyca Productions. The movie will soon start shooting, and ahead of that, Lyca Productions is announcing the star cast of the movie.## Tentatively titled Thalaivar 170, the makers have officially confirmed Legendary Amitabh Bachchan, Rana Daggubati, and Fahadh Faasil in the prominent roles. Earlier, actresses Manju Warrior, Ritika Singh, and Dushara Vijayan ("Sarpatta Parambarai") were announced as the female leads. ## Rajinikanth will reportedly be playing the role of a cop while other characters' details are not revealed yet. Chennai, August 30 - Superstar Rajinikanth's all-time blockbuster movie "Jailer" is continuing its heroic performance at the box office. The movie is racing towards 600 crores mark, and if this happens, it will become only the second Tamil movie ever to do it, after "2.0".## Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, "Jailer" is not only performing domestically but it is also equally strong at the overseas box office. The superstar is now gearing up for his projects and one of them is with Lokesh Kanagaraj. ## Rajinikanth and Lokesh's collaboration has been in the news for the last few weeks.
